Overview
The Final Fantasy Legend Series brought the Final Fantasy Series to a new level of entertainment at the time, which was the new popular handled, Nintendo's Gameboy. The game, although deffinately not having great graphics, continuing with the Final Fantasy tradition, mixed a wonderous mystical story with unbelievable gameplay. The story was envolving, and integrated the usual aspects of fantasy, monsters, magic, and castles. All this combined, an instant classic series was born.
Final Fantasy Legend was the first RPG for the Gameboy and the first of Square's new SaGa series. The game followed the traditional Final Fantasy turn-based battle system and had four heroes that could belong to three seperate classes.
Prologue
It has been said that the tower in the centre of the world is connected to Paradise. Dreaming of a life in Paradise, many have challenged the secret of the tower, but no one knows what became of them. One day the tower began to spew forth countless monsters, and on that day the tower doors sealed and never opened again...
