Yes, you are eligible to join, nightscare. Joining doesn't really mean much though.

Also, what film is your avatar from?
Hahaha well yes but they're still fans out there like me! common people is an awesome song!God I'd love to my meet Jarvis Cocker maybe more than I'd like to meet Johnny depp(and thats saying something.)

The film is battle royale, its kinda hard to get hold of and if anyones seen it I'd love to talk about battle royale and battle royale 2 partically 2 actually, Im glad this TFF of europe and not TFF of america or something because the americans never got to see these films they were banned there, probably a good thing too...

I don't think Common People is that good, but then again the first time I heard the song was a cover version done by William Shatner. Haha.

I thought the film was Battle Royale, but I don't consider it a horror film so I decided to not say anything in case I looked foolish. But yeah, the girl in the avatar is the same person who plays Gogo Yubari in Kill Bill, right? That's the reason why she wears a school uniform in Kill Bill - as homage to Battle Royale.

Unfortunately, I've only ever seen the beginning of Battle Royale. I really wanted to watch it all but I was unable to do so because I had to get up early the next day and the film was being shown fairly late.

So, you like horror films? Have you ever seen R-point? I made a thread on it in the Television and Movies section of TFF, to which the thread received 0 replies. My favourite horror film is probably...no, I can't decide.

God I love horror movies which is why I've got the IT sig as well, gotta love stephen king, though being american he loses points. But his books are great im currently reading the stand its amazing though IT is always going to be my favourite book I think.

In terms of movies its not limited to much,I'll watch anything and everything. I do like a nightmare on elm street because freddy is very cool. Cabin Fever is very good not your typical run, slash, kill kinda horror. And of course I rencently had the pleasure of watching Battle Royale 1 and 2,It is classed as a horror film, however the more mature and subtle aspects show through. The need to kill each other off before the 3 days certainly adds pace. Its quite a shocker and if your not used to horror movies or gore then I wouldn't watch it. It made me cry(1 only once but 2 I bawled my eyes out!) just at the begining during a flashback I won't tell you what happens though. Definately suggested viewing!

It sounds like you have something against Americans. Why is this?

I haven't read much by Stephen King, in fact, the last book I read written by him was the first part of his Dark Tower series, and I didn't think it was very good. So I decided to continue with The Wheel of Time series, which unfortunately got dragged out a bit too much and I suspect Robert Jordan is milking the series for everything it's worth. It's a shame because I quite liked the first few.

Yes, I will watch any film; although often I won't watch all of a teen romance film because they seem very generic. With the release of the new Pirates of the Carribean film I've been reminded of an excellent German movie I watched quite some time ago called Das Experiment. (I now expect Samurai Kenji to appear in this thread and talk about it). I think of it because the first Pirates of the Carribean film was released at the same time. Still, Das Experiment was very, very good. It had be rather gripped and there was brilliant acting. |The recreation of real-life events was well done so it ended up being presented as a powerful theme. I want to say it was shocking, but I'm not easily shocked, and I may come across as "a fag" if I do so. So I won't. I recommend this film though.

The prolonged high temperatures in England are becoming a nusance, as well as the insects, flies, moths and other little creatures with the potential of entering my home.

I don't like moths much they seem pointless because butterflies are much nicer!

In terms of americans I don't hate all american people just george w.bush and I do believe they have bastardised the english language. Thats about it really.
