Now, this topic is a very serious one that I believe anyone feeling this way can benefit from, not just you. You can't expect a complete change in 12 hours (the time between when we started offering advice and your ID post). But one thing you can't do is feel sorry for yourself. If you feel sorry for yourself, then you are just making the problem worse.

Sure, life is hard for everyone at times. I mean, my parents were both sent to prison two years ago and I had to manage a house as well as make sure my siblings don't starve. I wasn't happy about the drastic change in my life, but I didn't feel sorry for myself. Some days are difficult, but you have to remember that every day is what you make of it. If you wake up each morning feeling like the day is going to be bad, then it will most likely be bad. But only because you are making it that way.

Another saying I like is "It takes more muscles to frown than it takes to smile." Meaning that it takes more work to frown than it does to smile.

But, and I can't stress this enough, you can't feel sorry for yourself!!!!!! And by not giving yourself the chance to get better, you are only hurting yourself. The people here at TFF genuinely care about fellow members, regardless of how long they've been a member. We will try to help in any way we can. But by not attempting to follow our advice, you are basically saying screw you.

So remember, at least put in an effort to change. And again, don't feel sorry for yourself.
I been dealing with this long time and can't say I don't follow advicre

But basically everyone saying oh just get over it
