These things help me get through everyday ups&downs:
-Exercise 1-2 hrs everyday
-Not giving a f**k what the rest of the world does/think/say
-Something stable that you can immerse yourself in and forget your problems- For me-FFVII NEVER fails.
-True/loyal friends.
-Healthy food. Eating junk foods with empty calories/no-nil nutrients all or most of the time contributes to a lot of mental illness out there.
