To be fair, Alpha, despite her attitude and language, her overall message was sort of out of a place for concern. She mentioned that she wants people to be healthier and to make better choices with their health and exercise decisions, if only so they can stay on the planet for a little longer.

Granted, she wan't pulling any punches and wasn't sugar coating anything, because God knows they don't need that.
