What gets me mad is the particular response of "I'm obese because I have hyperthyroidism." Because first of all if you have that issue you need to go to the freaking doctor and get that sorted so that the doctor can give you the medication. And when you get the medication being obese shouldn't be an issue any more, because your levels should be at that of a normal person. I see this excuse all the time and it gets me mad, I have literally no thyroid at all and I'm not obese, there is no reason to become obese if you have been given the right levels of medication, which takes only a few months to work out. Sorry little rant there.

The only time I became over weight was when my dad died, and it took a lot of hard work to get to a normal weight. I don't really see much of a problem with this video either than perhaps her delivery was a little too harsh.
