Not much happened. Not like the hell you went through, eh? I'm glad you survived! If I had to do something like that, I'd probably be really grumpy and tired. Hopefully your boss will look at all the hard, good work you've done for her this summer, and give you a good review/letter of recommendation, or something, so that when you go to apply somewhere else, they'll be like, "look what she did before! She kicks ass!" Do you get compensated for working overtime, too? Like, time and a half or anything? And I think you've proved that you aren't just a "weak little girl" That might not be what you want to hear right now, but that kind of thing proves your strong will and resilience.

Sorry you missed your mother. How far away does she live? Maybe you can visit her on the weekend, eh? And see, I told you your friend wouldn't think it was that big a deal, didn't I? And damn right about Kefka!

The other day, I wrote a little more... after deleting more. I decided to rewrite the chapter that I started last, which is at the very end of what I gave you. It was from Carlene's perspective, but there has not been all that much from Cephas' perspective, so it was time!

Also, I haven't been able to use my one friend's equipment to work out lately, so I've been trying to do random stuff. My roommate has this metal bar in our garage, which we used the other day. It's two hundred pounds and unwieldy, and whenever I'd try to pick it up, it'd just roll out of my hands, so I had to pick it up with an opposing grip each time. I just think it's awesome that he just has that in his garage though, haha. I wonder where he got it. Also, I dunno if I've told you before, but my other roommate (they're a married couple) runs a daycare during the day. They woke me up today, with the crying and screaming... I was like "grr...." The little girl was crying because she'd just been dropped off and wanted her mommy, and the little boy kept asking my roommate, "Why does she want her mommy? Why does she want her mommy?" He cracks me up sometimes... and annoys me some other times, ha. And then there's this baby who cries a lot... a lot of times, we can't figure out why, so the guy roommate came up with the theory that "He realized he isn't God." Because babies (and human beings) think they should get whatever they want, and if they don't get it immediately, they make noise until they get it. I love my roommate

Maybe you should reply to that pm I sent you. I think I asked you a few questions in there. I don't remember what. Whatever you wanna do; I'm just glad to hear from you again Anyhoo...

It's a good game but your right it's not got enough story so maybe you wouldn't like it, other than that it's unlike any other fight game out there, it's a bit Kingdom Hearts-y if you know what I mean.

I haven't had to work (If you call school work. ^.^) because I've been ill for the last couple of days.
Other than that I've just wasted time playing Dissidia, making more sigs and sleep.

Neh, I don't mind. Because even if another kid and I have the same paper, the teacher will probably think that he copied off of me, since they already know what I'm capable of. I mean, I use big words and the teachers praise me. An idiot uses big words and they ask where they plagiarized it from.

English and maths? Woah opposite ends of the spectrum, huh? I admire that diversity.

I'm just trying to keep options open and find something I love. As Confucius say: "If you love your work, you will never work a day in your life."

Okay, I get it. You hate your parents, haha (just teasing.) Nah, that’s understandable, not being awake at the same time as them and thus not really wanting to be awake to talk to them.

Heh, I didn't know how else to respond to that. "I'm angry at you for talking about Yellowstone! Arbitrary anger!" Unless you were just kidding, or something, in which case I reacted poorly and I apologize. Actually, there is only one Yellowstone in all the world. It is the most famous national park in the US, I think, unless the Grand Canyon is more famous. I’m not sure. But yeah; it’s a super volcano, dormant now, but if it ever went off, I think we’d all be affected, if I understand correctly. It’s a beautiful area, but dangerous, as you can fall through the ground into boiling, sulfurous water and die if you step on the wrong place (that’s why there’s paths.)

Soft beds are nice. Unless you are used to firm beds. Actually, a happy medium between the two is the best. Yeah; I was asleep until noon that day. And then I fell asleep again later. I stayed up late the night before, though. I stay up until all hours of the night, generally; I didn’t fall asleep until around 5 this morning, and then I got up at 10 for church. I like sleep…

Hah.. looong story. Here's the simple version: I started off doing an LLB (Law) and a BA in Environmental Studies. Then I dropped Law, and changed to a BSc triple majoring in Geology, Geography, and Environmental Studies. Then in the middle of the year I dropped Geology and Environmental Studies, and picked up Development Studies to add to (now Human) Geography. That's where I'm at currently, but I'm thinking off dropping Development Studies and adding Statistics to my Human Geography.

Basically, it's never static, and I'm just working on keeping my options open until I find something I both enjoy and I am good at.

What will/are you study/ing?

You should've gotten a phone card or something, eh? Like, one of those prepade thingies. Would that work between countries? I got a 750 minute card for like $30, or something, when I went to Yellowstone. Heh, but I know how you feel about not wanting to be around your parents all the time. Family trips are enough to make one want to kill, aren't they? Particularly grumpy old men fathers. Although I think that when I was in Yellowstone, I got along with my dad the best. Because we were in two different states. It was actually not annoying to hear his voice, haha.

Yellowstone is in three states: Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Mostly in Wyoming. It is almost as far removed from England as one can be in the United States, heh. It made you angry that I was talking about Yellowstone? "How dare you discuss your past experiences away from home with me, Tom!" Sorry, I guess?

Y'know, that's a strange phenomenon. When I was staying with my sister and brother in law a few years back, I would stay up until like 4 am, wake up between 8 and 10, and feel fine, too. Something about that bed, I guess. Maybe it's the power of the siblings!

And no, he just claimed it as a "computer" (which it is ), and no questions asked had a $1000 given to him. He's got to pay it back, but it's interest free as well.

You get money from the government so we can study. It makes sense; you are more likely to have a paying job after your degree, so it becomes easier to pay off. Problem is, people get their degrees and skip the country. That's why they have outrageous interest after 183 days. Sorta ties me here for a while, but I got a scholarship for my first year, so I'm in a good position.

I think our fees are really cheap too. About $4000 - $5000 for a year (1 NZ$ = 0.84 US$).
