I's been a few days, time to revive:
A. Seymour Natus: Tetra Elementals x2 and Tetra Elementals x3 ( rare steal ), and Seymour Omnis: Shining Gem x1 and Supreme Gem x1 ( rare steal ).
Q. When used as items to "Use" in battle what spells does the Shining and Supreme Gems cast?
Hmm, im not quite sure but by the looks of it, it's ultima (correct if wrong)

For Don Tonberry's "Karma" attack, it does damage based on how many monsyers you've killed, What is the multiplier for it?
A. I'm not sure what the multipler is as I've never fought the Don, but I'll take a educated guess that plus the monsters you killed, I think either HP of the monsters or your weapons have something to do with it. ( I'm probarly wrong so correct me.)
Q. What are all of the magics, abilities, and status affects that Yunalesca is immune to?
A. If I recall, Yunalesca is immune to Auron's break skills, silence, sleep, blind, demi, eject, death, and petrify.

A. Ah good one! The Spiral of death, After Yunalesca defeated Sin the first time, Sin came back time and time again, destroying cities, killing people, and summoners were deployed to go on journeys to obtain the final aeon, after doing so, the Final Summon killed the Summoner and destroyed Sin...At least for awhile, as Sin just always just absorbs the final aeons and is reborn each time. Each time it always came back destroying and constantly destroying and killing endless amounts of people, that's why it's known as the Spiral of death, Spiraling endlessly... ( Omg I should write a story about this! XD)
