Oh, and I do want to point out that your attempt at making me irate (the intentional mispellings of my user name) have not only failed, but shown how immature you are. Please, can we *not* resort to things like that? The war will not be decided by flaming each other. With words, anyway. Fireballs and swords, are a definite possibility.

OOC: We're speaking in character because it will be, in fact, the characters who are involved in this war. For the most part we speak in character in The Masters, why should that change because oher people have decided to keep a watchful eye on the clubs happenings?? How about you can assume we speak in character unless you see OOC. Makes sense.

EDIT: At what point did you determine that our master must be present?? I read your initial post, Akira, and I saw no signs of that specific factor. We will fight whether or not Anomaly shows up. Also, you state in that post that it is a 5 warrior MINIMUM, and that you have reserve warriors. Therefore if Anomaly was to show up, all that would happen is another set of fights, no one needs to be replaced by Anomaly. That is unless, of course, your 'reserve' fighters are independable. In which case YOU will be the ones who are outnumbered.

Anomaly's Presence is not neccisary. In a time of war, the leader of the Masters Military Division acts as a second in command and will take the place as the leader if need be.

So until Anomaly returns, I will take his place.

If the terms of battle are that the losing faction is destroyed forever by the other, is it not obivous that the leader of both clubs would have to be willing to close down their thread?

We will gladly fight you in either case, we just don't want your incapable leader to start bitching when he realises his "precious" faction has been leveled to the ground.

If you want, I can draw up a more complete list, but then again, you could not even forge an army of ten, whereas the BoD army is infinite.

So we will be bringing one of our fighters out of reserve and into the main battle. Very well then, we only have valuable fighters anyways, each one is worth his hype. Bring on whatever pathetic army you want.

I don't see how it could be too hard. Also, to the BoD, if you request a 5v5, it's JUST 5v5. There's no such thing as reserves. You either have your warriors ready to fight, or sit down and shut it. I don't mind whom I end up fighting.

How impressive...you've resorted to having to recruit outside your faction although a TRULY organised faction would only have its greatest and most powerful fighters on the front lines. After an obvious lack of knowledge for two days who should take up the temporary leader position, you had a member ready to flake off and join the BoD, have no organisation as to who will be allowed to fight (I reference Dante's recruitment of 4 non-Masters members, which completely disregarding the three that had answered the war cry), and the fighters you DO have at the ready are all amateurs at best, not the supposed "solid" fighters as you would surely like to have it. But excuse me if I actually confused you for a disorderly mob.

Getting ready for battle is no show of organisation, it is common procedure and is a criteria that must always be in place...

Madness, Godean is well within his rights as Pillar of Conflict to assume command during times of war - which I believe this is. If Anomaly makes it back before this all starts, I'm sure Godean will be more than happy to hand back command. And I'm sure one of the current fighters will be more than happy to step down and let Anomaly in on the action.

My point is, if we followed your logic, we would be completely usless without Anomaly, because everyone would be sitting around waiting for him to come back and approve our plans. And if we did that, we would lose this war by default. So, Madness, I see no reason why we shouldn't have someone in charge. And Godean is the logical choice, being the 2IC in times of war and all.

Now stop talking about this thing and start preparing. If anyone wants to run through a quick sparring session, I want to shake of some rust.

As it seems questionable, even among yourselves, I will not accept Godean as your interim leader, as long as he can't show me any ratification of his authority. I understand that Anomaly is absent and that you don't have a transparent proxy rule. So what you could do is, let Godean's (or whoever you can agree upon) authority as an interim leader be approved by a club moderator.
If you fail to do so, I will have to look after it another way, since I demand an established leadership on your side before entering war.
I give you 3 days.

And allow me a little side note: accredited ambassadors as well as club leaders do have the right to post in foreign clubs as long as it concerns inter-club topics. This is an old agreement you probably missed. Perhaps you should start taking advantage of this arrangement too? Just a suggestion. I would like to request, if I'm not being too bold, to be given some leadership responsibility in this war. As sarcastically rude and 'high-and-mighty' as it sounds, I have one of the best used vocabularies, if not the best, in terms of RPing in this assortment of members we have here. I truly do not wish to come across as rude, but I honestly don't want to see our club fall. Ultimately this is up to Godean (in my opinion he takes leadership until Anomaly returns), and if he so desires I can present some examples of my past work to him. I had an unfinished RPB with Anomaly that was truly some incredible writing that I would be proud to show.
I feel that we need to make the smartest 'match-ups' in terms of who fights who to ensure that we do not fall and these actions may be necessary for us to stand a chance against ToroMor as he truly is an incredible writer (as much as it hurts me to say so).

The main thing I see being a real issue, is how BoD wishes to create war. They want to attack the fortress. =/

We know it's defenses will not be bypassed, but by typical BoD methods, they'll say they either destroy enough of it to get in, or manage to get in another way. I honestly do not see *most* of them having any clue of how to go about attacking it in a tactical manner. They'd attack, the fortress would fire on them...and they'd somehow survive. We know it's true. You saw the battle from one of the BoD I faced. We know the rest are similar.

Well, that's the problem I have with it. Ano knows more of the features of the fortress than the rest of us, as far as I know. Though, honestly, I feel I could hold off all of them as Ambaron, so long as I was casting from inside it. Simply the time put into that thing, would make it nigh impossible for them to get in without our consent.

Anyone else see any issues with it?

Oh, I didn't know they actually wanted to attack the fortress itself.

Firstly, they'd have to find it. It doesn't move between planes of existence for fun, you know. Then, they'd have to reach it. I mean, it floats.

With a force protecting it, it's almost impossible to gain access to - it's even hard when there's nobody there. It's the kind of building that protects itself. I don't mean to sound like I'm questioning the skills of the BOD, but I seriously doubt they would survive if the fortress was involved. It's too powerful for such a fight, and it's hardly fair to force our enemy to god-mod just trying to get in.

But if they want to lay seige to us in our own HQ... then I guess that's their decision. But in the interest of a fair and balanced fight, I say we go elsewhere for this war. Unless of course the BOD want to be put at a disadvantage. I can understand the need for a greater challenge. It does add to the fun of it all.

And having a fortress such as described is somewhat cheap. If you want a fair fight, then "scale down" your fortress, as it were. Don't make it so god-like.

And since when was it against the law to find an alternate entrance to a base/fortress? Armies/Ninja/Pirates/Etc., do that all the god damn time. Why can't the BOD?

That's the entire point of the fortress... It's nigh impossible to find/get to/attack. That's why TM typically plays the part of the aggressor. BoD should either have thought it out first, by getting information or whatever, or doesn't care. I doubt even my original character could get into the fortress without a vast amount of effort, and he knows it a LOT better than BoD. >_>

I will only be posting in here to set some things straight, as it's apparent that massive confusion is rampant among your ranks.

My post about attacking the fortress was only a creative metaphor to show that the BoD is ready and locked for battle. I actually had no idea you guys had some ungodly fortress floating in the sky somewhere. Nevertheless, I think it would be no match for the BoD citadel...

But that's beside the point. What is important, is that having such a fortress would be the most blatant example of god-modding I have ever seen, and therefore against TFF RPB rules. I mean, we'd love to level the cute little building, but you guys would probably just reply with something like "the Masters' fortress has just gone into 'untouchable' mode and cannot be infiltrated ever!!!1!!!!!111!!!"

You know and I know that that is just plain rediculous! But since we are the aggitators in this matter, we will obviously have the choice of battlefield. We will be notifying you with the environment once you have your whole leader fiasco sorted out.

Just for the record, GWV is the moderator of the club section and can post in here all he wants.

I agree whole-heartedly with GWV, and even *sigh* to some extent Akira. We cannot have our fortress in the state it normally sits while fighting this war. For the duration of the battle it will have to touch down somewhere so that we can be sure to leave this as fair as possible. We cannot leave any room for the BoD to come up with an excuse for us to be put at a disadvantage. If we keep things fair the 'judge/s' would have a more difficult time growing a likeness to one side over the other. If we keep complaining that 'Awww, but our fortress can't be breached! They can't get to us WTF GTFO! This isn't fair!' than we are in fact the ones who are being unfair; and ridiculously stupid for that matter. Keep a level playing field and beat them fair and square. That's the prideful way to do it.

I completely agree with Nyar's logic in terms of our course of action. I vote Godean as well, to mediate and instruct us through this fight. I only hope we can come to a plausible agreement with ToroMor as it would seem that I am most suited to battle him (please note that I am truly not intending to come across as conceited).

I also vote Godean as leader for the duration of the war or until Anomaly comes back. I pm'ed ToroMor with a few questions. For the feild of battle, as he said in one of his posts above, He and the Princes will be dicussing that. I also suggested to him that the war not be five, or however many people take place in the war, one on one battles, but One large full scale battle. I feel it would be more epic, though maybe a bit harder to judge. So yeah... I'd like this war to get started as soon as possible since the longer the "OOC War" (Discussions and such) goes on, it has been my experience that war it self will be less enjyable as people get sick of hearing about the war instead of participating in it.
