Aw, c'mon! Complaining about the officiating is part of being a fan, haha. I'm sure it's stressful for the ref; he's got very little time to determine if something happened that shouldn't have, and he isn't going to see everything that happened on the field... but the fans will, when they see an instant replay seconds later. And some (seems like most) plays are unreviewable.

For example; each of the past three years, I think, a PAC 10 official has been suspended for poor officiating of a game. the first time was the Oregon/Oklahoma game, when the replay official effed up on an onside kick call that cost Oklahoma the game. The next year was the Oregon State/Washington game, where the officials did not protect the players well enough. The third was the Oregon State/USC game, where a player's helmet was ripped off his head, and no flag was thrown. Fans from around the conference can tell you they've gotten a pretty poor reputation.

Just sayin', I think fans have reason to complain, sometimes. Anyhoo...
