CPC8 is an amazing and wonderful thing, I think. It's very curious and yet I think I've seen it's like before. It seems that the group isn't responsible for it's members and to a degree I understand that. And yet it also seems to take it a little too far but always there is that fail-safe provision...the group isn't responsible for it's members.

All told, what do I see? A lack of responsibility floating around.
