Yes, this is a good idea. It will help a lot of members out who would happen to have questions on particular subjects. Although I question it's sticky status. If it's going to be popular, enough people replying to it would give it the same effect as a sticky.
I can help with a wide range of things. I'm a freshmen in college, majoring in Comp Sci as of now. I'm thinking of switching to English, since that's my strongest subject area. I know tons about history, not much in science. I did get a 3 on my AP Biology exam, though. I remember quite a lot about Physics. If you have any questions, I'd be glad to help.
