Today, it rained. A lot. A lot a lot. And as usual, only when I was needing to go somewhere. I had to leave an hour later than usual because it was raining so hard that I didn't feel safe leaving at my normal 5am. I am glad I decided to wait for the rain to calm before leaving because Eat Your Kimchi's latest live chat was this morning, and I got to watch it.

Last night I went to the trouble of making homemade Frijoles Charros (A type of bean "stew".. Pinto beans with sauteed chorizo, jalepeno, garlic, bacon and onion mixed in. Sliced hot dog is also a common additive, but I didn't have any so.), super spicy Salsa Verde, Super Fried chicken legs without the breading (so that the skins get super crisp and delicious), and Mexican Red Rice.

I finished Sonic Unleashed today! I am one step closer to completing the challenge! Yay! When I put it that way, it makes it seem great. It's only when I remember that there are still more than three hundred more steps to go that I realize that it is not as great as I make it out to be.

It's still great, but the numbers don't lie. I have 180 days to complete 304 games. And when the game that was randomly picked to go next is one that I have roughly fifteen minutes of experience ...

But you sit a tub of Mayfield brand ice cream in front of me - regardless of what flavor - and I will consume it all.

Yes. I'm very picky about my ice cream.

Sure I like me some Cold Stone or Baskin Robbins or B & J's 1/2 baked sometimes, but -nothing-, NOTHING, compares to my Mayfield.

I was at work from 9am until 6:30pm today. There were a couple technical difficulties in completing the paper today. The Quark software kept shutting down. So, I had to finish the paper on Misty's computer. The problem with that was the ads all had to brought over from the other computer. And because I already had the ads she built on her computer, there were problems recognizing them from the copies she gave me for my computer.
