Well, at least teach me a lesson to READ what I put in my body. Also, I'm almost positive that particular wine was supposed to be for cooking... My mom made some kind of au jus out of it when we had prime rib a few nights ago. I guess the tobacco flavor got overpowered by other ingredients, because it tasted fine to me.

HAPPY NEW YEAR~! Hope you were able to spend it in a pretty awesome way. ^^ I was cooking all last night. My mom got sick again, so I helped out a bit in making some food we're going to eat for today. I also had a drink of wine, buuuut it was DISGUSTING. Read the label, and it said it was imbued with the smooth taste of tobacco.... No wonder it tasted like I ate a handful of cigarettes. Other than that, not much happened. ^^;

Yeah, they were hyped up pretty heavily. Probably part of the reason I want to see it so bad.. Also, they're supposed to come equipped with a camera~ Would be nice to have one of those rather than just my laptop. And I have no further opinion about 3D technology, other than it's rather gimmicky and makes movie tickets even more expensive. :/

I dunno. I haven't watched proper television in such a long time. Internet is just so much more convenient for me. ^^;

Favorite cute character... Uh.... I'll have to think on that one. Moogles are cute. So is Toon Link (Windwaker and the DS Zelda games). Can't really think of any other characters that I just think are "cute" that I'm a fan of. ^^;

I did~! Put in some aerobics and strength training. Was going to do some Yoga to wind down, but I decided to clean the bathroom instead. That let me do some bending and stretching for a while...even though I had to inhale some pretty power cleaner fumes. Maybe you can work out a little on your rest days? Probably does no good if you have all this energy you wanna use, but you're stuck resting.

Enslaved? Haven't heard of that one, but I'm glad it seems enjoyable for you so far. ^^ I still need to play more Skyward Sword... I haven't picked it up for like 2 days now, and even before that, I'd only play for a few minutes at a time. :/ Dunno what's wrong with me. Motion controls are pretty much like that... I know that my Wii Fit will not register that I did a certain move sometimes, even though I totally did... Guess that's the opposite of your problem... Well, as long as YOU know you're doing it right, then that's all that matters. ^^ Glad you're not going the cheater's route to get your plat. :3

I think the Theatre Rhythm game is for the 3DS as well. :/ Not that I'm completely sold on the idea of a FF Rhythm game, but I would like a 3DS for the new Animal Crossing game, new Kingdom Hearts, and the Ocarina of Time remake. ^^

Yeah, that's her. I didn't see much of a resemblance either, and it was only the one person who told me that, so I guess I shouldn't have really paid it much mind. ^^;

That was a fun movie. And world peace could be a good wish, though I'd definitely have to think if there would be any downsides to something like that. I remember some Simpson's episode where Lisa wished for world peace, and then ALIENS invaded. Since there were no use for weapons, the world didn't have a way to defend itself.

Heh, did you hear about the new Dissidia spinoff? It's some music rhythm game. You battle in beat to some FF music. I can't believe a spinoff is getting it's own spinoff... That's some pretty convoluted marketing right there.

I dunno. I'm sure it's hard getting started with something like that though. You have to look good, take good pictures, and market yourself pretty heavily in an industry where I'm sure there's a TON of other people who want to get in the same job. Yeah, I understand being a little miffed over something like that. One time, I was told that I looked like the girl who played the main character in a movie called "The Other Sister"... She plays a mentally challenged character... >< Was I supposed to be FLATTERED over something like that? I know that didn't really relate to your height issue...but I felt like sharing that story anyway.

Oh yeah... The story was definitely not the original Dissidia's strong point... The next one was a lot better on that front. Wasn't as predictable. Haha, I'm sure some of those scenes were quite amusing though. The one that pops into my mind is when Cloud shows Terra a rose (of Firion's). Bet that looked a bit romantic without context as well.

Must have been a little humiliating at the time, but imo, I'd rather someone think I'm younger than what I am over them thinking I'm older... I think I've mentioned that before. I have a friend who's 5'3'', and I don't really notice that she's that much shorter than me. I think it's all in the way a person carries themselves. Good posture works wonders (not that I think you have bad posture, just saiyan')

Nah, I'm still pretty thrilled about getting in my workout routine, but I just know that eventually it's going to be more tiresome to me. ^^; That's how I do. Get super pumped about starting somethng new, then later it's like "Urrrrgghhh.... Not this again."

My older bro is really tall. He towers over my dad by quite a bit. I guess it's just genetics. Being tall ain't all though. People make you get things off high shelves, and it's hard to find jeans that fit well. :/ Heh.. I still would have liked to get in that one inch to my height though, because that's how tall most models are.

Oh, speaking of thinking about wishes, there's some site dedicated to coming up with the perfect wish. The members of that site were coming up with ways to say what they want with no loopholes or any other kind of thing that would cause their wish to backfire. If I could find the site again, I'd link you. Hope you like reading legalese though. Man, if you could that with all languages, you'd have one hell of a career as an interpreter. Good money, easy-ish work, and the traveling you'd be able to do! Definitely a nice choice. ^^ As for me... I dunno. This would require a bit of thought, but I suppose I'd like to be able to play any instrument awesomely. Music can break through the language barrier too. ^^

Yeah, like when new Coke was introduced way back when... People were outraged that the recipe was changed, so Coca-Cola claimed they changed it back with Classic Coke, but they don't use real sugar anymore..at least not in the States. Coca-Cola plants in Mexico still use sugar though. I'm not a fan of any sodas, but I figured I'd relay some more useless knowledge your way for whatever reason. ^^;

Favorite genre of anime? I guess I like slice-of-life pretty well, though I'm not really too picky when it comes to what I watch. As for favorite artist...I don't really have one. I'm not that learned in the ways of art history. ^^;

I think I'm pretty average in height. Last time I measured myself, I was a little above 5'8'' (1.7272 meters if that helps you visualize it more). Wish I could have grown just one more inch to hit 5'9''... That was my ideal height for a long time, but I suppose I'll have to settle for what I am. Not like I'm gonna grow anymore anyway. Heh, then I'm glad I didn't link you actual pictures taken...like I was going to do, but I couldn't find the article. ^^;

I speak a little spanish (very little...) Other than that, nopes... I really wish I would have applied myself when I was younger. I'd love to be able to speak multiple languages fluently. What about you? And yeah, no kidding... Dubbing has really improved a lot since anime first hit the western world.

Hmm.... Maybe the recipe got changed from the time you ate the first bar to the time you ate one from that shop? The recession hits hard everywhere... Girl Scouts scaled back on how many cookies were available in a package because ingredients were so expensive. :/ I was disappointed in that... And as for our other food stuffs available here, I think if you go to a place that specializes in certain foods, it can be great. Stuff that's available in the "mainstream marketing" probably does taste more bland, because it has to appeal to a wider variety of people while still being pretty affordable.

Yeah, I didn't think it'd really compare to something like Black Swan, since it's a different genre of film, but I'm glad you enjoyed it. ^^

Well, this morning, I got up around 6. I think yesterday was about the same time, though I did take a nap around the afternoon time. We do have those, I've just never eaten one. I did buy one as a going away present for a German exchange student. It sounds really yummeh though~ Swiss chocolate with honey and almond nougat... I like ALL those things! American chocolate is so...bleh...compared to stuff from abroad, unless it's dark chocolate. Then I'm down with it. That's good that things were fairly peaceful while he was visiting. You're siblings, so it's understandable that he would be annoying to you at least a few times during his visit.

Yush~! I'm really enjoying it so far, though I've been spoiled on quite a bit of the story already, since I watched the VGA guys play it (heh...really wasn't expecting to get my own copy...). Played a bit of Wii Fit as well. It said I lost weight since the last time I played (back in January...). I didn't lose much, but I really wasn't expecting to be what I was. Thought I'd be heavier with all the sweets I've been munching on these past few days. xDD

Well, when I'm taking my own picture, I'm less nervous. Also, I don't post bad pictures, though I most definitely have plenty of those. xDDD And no problem. No reason to feel silly over an observation such as that. ^^ Though speaking of creepy photos, did you know that waaaay back in the day, people would take pictures of their dead relatives? They would dress them up and pose them like they were alive, because photos back then were pretty expensive and took a looong time to process. For some people, that's the only photograph they've ever taken... spoooky~

Yeah, dubs usually have to alter what's being said to match the lip movements of teh characters too...so some of the story can get kind of...confusing sometimes...or some information gets left out. I don't really mind dubs, but I do think I enjoy subs a little more. ^^

Mmm.... Pringles...and I think I know what Toblerone is. It's like a candy thing, right? Sort of long and triangular in shape? Might be something else I'm thinking of. I ate a bunch of sweets and a ham sandwich yesterday. Was supposed to have a big dinner with a lot of guests, but with my mom and bro being sick, that didn't happen (which was for the best...) The thing about Tokyo Godfathers though, is that there's no english dub. There's a spanish and japanese one, but no english. Hope you don't mind reading subtitles. ^^;

Yes... Kitties are such a perfect package of destruction. You almost feel bad about scolding them. And yeah, it's a pain to have to keep batteries around for the Wii... Probably should invest in some rechargeable ones. They make a platform type of thing that recharges your Wiimotes too. My little cousins have one, but you have to keep the Wii on for it to work. :/

Yeah, she has. My parents got me Skyward Sword for Christmas too, though I still have to get a Wii Motion plus in order to play it. I was surprised at how much stuff I got: Pajamas and a fuzzy robe, socks, iTunes gift card, Skyward Sword and new bedsheets. ^^ Plus, my awesome drawing that you did. :3

I couldn't get into Paprika either. It certainly looked very interesting, and had pretty rave reviews....but I dunno. Maybe I'll give it another shot soon. Only made it to some parade part before I turned it off. As for other films, I still recommend Tokyo Godfathers. It's more slice of life (about hobos!), and has a nice holiday vibe to it. Millennium Actress is another film he's done, though I can't give an opinion about that one. He was also the mind behind the anime series Paranoia Agent. If you want a mindf*ck, then that will surely do it for ya.

Mmm, yeah. He had very distinguished-looking eye lashes. I'm no character designer, but I associate longer lashes with more feminine characters. *shrugs* Ah well.
