Haha, yeah. That's what I do. Just spam arrows and PRAY that it hits what I need it to. I'm all over the place when I aim, it seems, but I will try to stay near the bottom next time I have to use my arrows. ^^

Ugh.. The small bull one took me ages to beat. I kept getting mauled to death because I couldn't get to safety in time. The other small one wasn't so bad, and the way it cowered away from the fire was a pretty nice touch. You're right. They're all pretty neat in their own way, now that I think back on all the battles. ^^

I totally lol'ed when I saw that scene for the first time. Nice~! Since SotC is giving you trouble for one of your last trophies, do you think you'll work on getting a plat from one (maybe even perhaps all) of the MGS games instead?

Haha, nah... I think finding someone close to my age would be best. I have a former friend who married my former boss, and I got a little squicked out when I heard the news. She's a year or two younger than I, and he's at least 20-25 years her senior. :s I do wish them the best though. Yeah, I get Yahtzee's style, so I was pretty pleased when he had more praises than complaints. ^^

Pee Wee's Big Adventure is one of his earliest works, and it's the movie that pretty much launched Mr. Burton's directing career. I watched it all the time when I was a kid. ^^

Oh, you made the card? That's pretty awesome. ^^ I'm sure he'll love it very much~ But yeah, that would have been cool to see what you made. Maybe Fate will snap a photo or scan it.

Which two were hard to kill for ya? I had trouble with the wall climbing one (the 8th colossus, I believe). It would flip back upright pretty quickly. Had to be fast to climb on top of it and plunge the sword in the vital area. :/ I also hated how you had to shoot it's feet to knock it off the wall. I'm a terrible aim with the bow.

I don't think I ever asked which colossi was your favorite to face, so... Which colossi were your favorites? :3 I really liked the sand-swimming one (which is kind of weird for me, since I already said I sucked with aiming ), both of the flying ones, and the one where you have to run up the stone sword after he strikes it against the ground. Those battles were so great.

I don't think Peace Walker has Ocelot, but it does have....Kaz, who is pretty yummeh too, especially running around in a speedo. ^^ There's an optional scene where you can spend some time with him on a beach. Tee hee~

I don't mind a guy if he's a little on in years to look at him, but I highly doubt I'd make any kind of advance on someone who was so many years my senior. I dunno if Uncharted 3 will be an immediate purchase, but it is making that Uncharted bundle pack pretty darn tempting. I saw that review, and was kind of bummed that he said that there weren't really any scenes that topped the Scarecrow encounters from the first game. I am glad that he still enjoyed it though.

I like a few of Tim Burton's films, but yeah, generally I favor his older stuff than the newer. My favorite from him is probably Pee Wee's Big Adventure. Hilarius movie, with some early glimpses of Mr. Burton's personal style (particularly the dream sequences).

I used to be able to pay attention and not fidget around during long cutscenes, but I suppose my patience just wore thin. ^^; Ah~ Thanks for the reminder. I guess it is pretty pointless that regular lizard tails replenish your health, since it raises on it's own if you duck down.

I think she's doing better. At least well enough to inform her followers/fans what has happened to her for so long. I think the pressure of writing a book must be getting to her...plus she does have a flair for the dramatics.

Mics aren't that pricey...at least I don't think they are. ^^; I'll have to check on that sometime. Metal Gear Solid has an online game, though admittedly, I don't know much about it. I could read that link I...linked...but I'm lazy right now... Plus, I have to catch up on a playthrough of Uncharted 3~! Holy shite this game is so awesome so far. Methinks Sully is quite a silver fox too. x3

Haha... Yeah, I think games like that would cause the tempers to flare up quite often. ^^; With all the advancements in online gaming, I'm surprised that cross-game chat really hasn't been implemented yet... I suppose there's things like Skype you can do, but it'd be a little distracting having to pay attention to two setups like that.

I got used to it pretty quickly. In fact, I pretty much grew up around smokers, so I didn't really think too much about it. Only when riding in a car and the smoke blew in my face did I have any real complaints about it. I was quite thankful when she decided to quit though. Ahaha... No, no no... I'm not crazy enough to actually lick one.

I only watched half of the newer Willy Wonka movie. I got kind of bored watching it. ^^; I don't know why, because it seemed like it had an interesting style going on, but I just wasn't into it. I didn't get into Mr. Burton's Alice in Wonderland movie either. :/

Well, it is a pretty special one. 16 years~ I wonder if his culture does special things for birthdays like that? I got a fairly big party that year, and a car. ^^ Good times. Now, birthdays are pretty much just another day for me. Funny how things seem to change when you get older.. Or maybe that's just my experience. True, I could, and I do sometimes. However, I did watch everything on my first playthrough, and that's when I discovered I could move the scene view around. :3 Thanks for the lizard tip! I think I found a few of the shrine lizards, but I didn't stop at all the shrines to check for more. Refresh my memory: Lizard tails help your grip or your lifebar? I LOVE HYPERBOLE AND A HALF. I love the random nature of the journal/comic, and the surrealistic nature of her sketchy style. My favorites are the God of Cakes, The Scariest Story, and the spiel about the "Alot". Her newest entry is a little worrisome though... I dunno if you read it yet, but she wrote about being in a pretty deep depressive state.

I suppose it's true what they say: "You never know until you try." It's working up the nerve to actually ask that's so tough. My mom smoked for a long, looooong time, and had ashtrays everywhere in the house. I never licked one, but the smell was so strong that you could practically taste it anyway. Huuuurrrrrrgfffff

He was the district manager's son, and yeah, he was pretty fun to tease. He liked to tease everyone else too, so it wasn't just one-sided.

Oh? I actually didn't know that. Learn something new every day! I knew that you can move it in the cutscenes, because some of those scenes last a little too long, and I get antsy about just wanting to actually play the game.

Speaking of gag gifts, I once bought a box of tampons for a guy (among other better things). I can't recall what the occasion was for, but he got so red when he opened the box.

Maybe the developers thought it was too much of a distraction, so they tweaked the opacity? I never minded it, and it disappears after a while anyway (when you're riding in the field, at least) so it's not a huge, huge distraction. I'm sure a lot more people would have complained if it just stayed the same opacity all the time. ^^;

Well, that's just silly... How is it a collection if they don't package the first game? Meh, it's all good. I can always try and find a copy of the gamecube version or something, and play it in my Wii. :3 I think it'd be rather hard to find the original PS version. You can go to other states and bet monies if you want though, Oklahoma being the closest state to me to be able to do it. I can drive, I just don't have a car. It's probably better that I don't anyway. Gas prices are high, insurance and tags can add up, plus there's maintenance you have to worry about. Yeah, better to just use public transport (or my own two legs) if I need to get anywhere. ^^

Do you get a trophy for having max stamina? Or is it just something you'd like to see? The pink circle thing is pretty big in my game already, and I'm just about halfway through my third playthrough. That's true, and with the amount of land to explore, there's always somewhere to check out. ^^

I have gone to a casino to bet money exactly once in my life, and I lost the ten dollars that I limited myself to. ^^; It wasn't so bad though. It was ladies' night, so all the ladies in the house got ten bucks in credit when they entered in the door, so technically I didn't lose anything. Plus, the casino had a really amazing food buffet. Might go back one of these days just to eat. xDDD As for lottery tickets, I've never done those at all, but I see them for sale all the time at gas stations in Oklahoma (the state that borders the one that I live in).

I know that ICO had a rough start, but I thought SotC was a pretty big hit for them (sell-wise and creative-wise as well). Well, they did good enough to warrant a rerelease for the PS3, so now those that missed those games the first time around can experience them.

Nah, level-grinding is a chore, but I hate losing important battles even more, so I grind to make sure my characters can just bully their way to victory.

Yeah, old Snake is a little....yuck....for me too, but if you fulfill certain criteria in your first runthrough of MGS4, you get a mask that makes him look young again for your next playthrough. ^^ I still have to finish up my run of that game. I haven't even gotten to face any of the beauty and the beast corps yet. There's a lot of exposition to sit through though. :/

Never played the Ninja Gaiden games, but I notice several people say it's one of the most difficult platinum trophy to obtain. A game that hard will probably make me cry in frustration before I even beat it. Stealth games can be fun, I liked the predator mode in Arkham Asylum a lot, and it can be fun messing with enemy soldiers in the MGS games. ^^

And your team has to carry her back to your base, but the other team can feed her cake and make her heavier and therefore harder for your team to transport her? OHKO = One Hit Knock-Out. ^^ I guess it's works out alright, though I'm sure I could beat games much faster (RPGs definitely) if I didn't spend so much time level-grinding so my characters are super powerful.

Well, for my 20th (and possibly final plat), I'd think I'd want it to be something challenging so I can brag to people who care about such things... Maybe one of those Ninja Gaiden games? Those are supposedly really REALLY hard. Heh. I doubt I'll ever have the issue of deciding what to do for my 20th trophy. I don't think my PS3 will even get that many games.

Do you buy any downloadable titles at all? Once I get my PS3 hooked up, I'm looking to get Flower, Costume Quest (that's free right now for PS+ members!), and Limbo. Those seem like they'd be really awesome to get. ^^

Oh man... That's like choosing which of my children I love more...(if I had any kids that is)... Uhh... Well, I played SotC first and it has a kickin' soundtrack and a pretty awesome field to run around in, not to mention that slaying a colossi is pretty enjoyable..but I enjoyed ICO's atmosphere a bit more. The castle was pretty awesome to explore. I also liked the "video game caring potential" of the game, when you escort Yorda around and have to keep her safe. Uhmmmm....ah....*sweatdrop*... I don't know if I can handle the pressure of choosing!!!! >< Can I say it's a draw? ^^;

Speaking of Ico/SotC, what do you think of The Last Guardian? I think it'll be another precious gem in gaming. ^^ I'm already in love with the big creature that you have to pal around with. :3

There's a lot of handy tools that I passed up for a long time too, mainly because I didn't know how to use 'em. ^^ Not a problem~ Hope it makes your graphic-making that much more enjoyable. Yeah, that's a nice look, and I've seen a few sigs that had it, but I just noticed them in passing. Can't really show you examples, atm. ^^;

Yeah, I do that occasionally. I hate hate hate hate HATE the cold though. Makes me wanna bundle up in a bunch of blankets and never move. I suppose it's better than excessive heat. At least in the cold, you can make it bearable with more clothing and such. With heat...you're kind of boned. Ah... He mostly relies on the ol' OHKO instead of coming up with battle strategies, eh? Well, whatever works best, I suppose. I suck at really coming up with effective strategies myself. I'm mostly a "HIT IT 'TIL IT'S DEAD!!!!" type of gamer. xD

I guess since we see the characters' backside the most when playing those games, the developers wanted to give players something fanservice-y to look at.
