Y'know, I was trying to think of a comparison yesterday, but I couldn't. There are a few of them that are kinda serious business like the Jedi Council, but most of them are kinda just like sheriffs from the wild west or something. Some of them-like me-are corrupt, and some of them are like Wyatt Earp or something. So maybe the US justice system circa 19th century?
