I had to retry many times because of that Armored Dragon (and the other fights before it), so I was relieved when I saw that the Sargatanas fight was less difficult. I was amazed how powerful the Dragon Knight was.

Then I won't need to reset my skills ^^ I invested many skill points on Divine Magic, and more on Elemental Magic since the bow wasn't as powerful as I thought it was going to be ._. But it is pretty effective against some enemies. And figuring out an enemy's weakness with Hunter's Sense has been a help, but I guess that's because I'm just starting out ^^'

Then I'm good where I'm at right now. It's amazing how things got a little harder once Caesar gets his Ark, though. Two pygmy greavers at once was just too much to handle without a Knight, but that's just me ._.

As I said before, I made my character a bow user. Would holding other weapons be good too, or should I invest more on Elemental and Divine Magic?

Yeah I fight everything along the way, except for the elementals. it may be a game but I don't like picking fights if I can just zip right past something x_x

So wait, does that I mean I can transfer my character to WKC2?

Can't wait for it, then. My party is currently at LV 30, but I'm not sure if that's high enough. I keep getting killed by the golems x_x

Will there be more weapon types and spells in WKC2? Kinda curious now.

Indeed. I even bought FFXIII but I only played that twice (so far it hasn't lived up to my expectations). I logged 30 hours already into WKC, and I've only had it for two weeks. Not sure how close to the end I am right now but I have entered the Ruins beyond Sinca Village (can't recall the name right now x_x) and Eldore has finally revealed who he is. That should hopefully give you a hint of where I'm at right now and how much I know.

If I had known the game was going to be this good, I probably would have tried harder in getting a PS3. In any case, I have you to thank because I wouldn't be playing it right now if it weren't for you.

Well I did make a blog entry about it, and while I did mention there I was going to drop in every now and then, I didn't actually make good on that promise and I feel awful.

Things have been better but hardly anything new happened while I was gone. Besides the extra money and the PS3, I bumped into a girl I've been wanting to talk to for the third time at work. One of my friends said it could be fate that I keep bumping into her but sadly I get so nervous I can't even ask for a phone number >_<

But anyway....WKC has been one of the best games I've played lately. And I just recently bought the Soul Silver version of the Pokemon games, yet I want to play WKC more o_o I'm still going through the first and I've given everyone different weapons so i wouldn't get bored. I gave my character a bow in the end

I'm sorry I haven't been so active. You could say I felt so unmotivated on everything that I decided to isolate myself for a while, having only my forum and Facebook to go to.

But I'm back. And good news. I got a PS3 so I'm currently playing the first WKC. It may be a long time before I get an Internet connection, however.

I know! So tempted to pick it up, but I finalized my order without it. I'm tempted to check up on it later though. Maybe after I move in a couple of months and make sure I have all of those expenses tucked away.

Somehow, I feel like this is right up your alley, given your love for the series.

Right. Take note this is one of those really expensive to buy kind of games especially in US. Although M2 is cheaper in comparison it still goes for some money and you're totally right about the new games.

No it wouldn't actually. Nintendo is starting their Wii U version of the VC which the titles can be purchased on the shop there. In the Wii u portion of VC titles buyers are able to play the classic games even on just the gamepad. The ability to play Mother 2 on the gamepad without having to use the TV all the time can be very beneficial to owners. To me, this would be a selling point if I had a favorite rpg I wanted to play if I had to share the TV or if I took the system on a trip.

BTW, referring back to my post in ITT about my Wii U sales prediction for japan. The reason I predict a strong month in march in japan is because they are getting the long sought after Mother 2 on VC and it will be super cheap in their currency and there has been a HUGE demand for a digital release of that game since its appearance in brawl. It may not be the only game that will help the system but I'm sure it will have a positive effect.

I made the comparisons myself by listening to the songs on youtube. If you ever do get a chance to play phantasia, I recommend importing the PSX version. Its really good.

Hey Andro, I was wondering something, have you ever listened to the song Fighting of the Spirit from the Tales games? if so which version do you like? That song appeared in the spirit boss battles in Tales of Phantasia and Symphonia. there are about 6 different versions of the song since ToP has 5 different makes (SFC, GBC (Nakakiri Dungeon Spinoff), PS1, GBA, PSP (Tales of Phantasia X)). I'm partial to the PSX version of the song just because of how well it is composed.

The games that really rake in the money is if you own a copy of Aero Fighters for SNES, and EarthBound by no doubt is super expensive. Metal Gear Twin Snakes is another expensive Gamecube game. Do you own Skies of Arcadia for the Gamecube? that one is rare for sure.
