Thanks. I tend to feel better after a nap, and I'm able to focus more when I'm calm. And you're right, I need to keep moving forward.

The hardest part so far is just figuring out what needs to be opened. I already know where I need to go but the switches won't budge so I must have missed something. Looks like more monsters til I figure it out what to do.

Thank you. But sometimes I feel like there's no one or nothing that can make me feel better, which is why I don't want to tell anyone about me anymore. The only person who could probably make me feel better now has been gone for five years, and I'm still struggling to move on.

I'm about to enter the underbelly in Greede. That was one of my least favorite places in the first game, as it's where I first remember fighting the Direspiders (I'm terrified of spiders in general and two huge ones at once is overkill).

It's just been a rollercoaster ride lately. Sometimes I feel great, other times I don't. Lately I've been feeling pretty bad. It turns out that in the end I'm the only person I can truly trust with my problems. My mother would flip out if she found out half the stuff I'm thinking about, I'm not very close to my sister, and my friends at work seem to be the kind that don't even care about anybody. There are two reasons that keep me from breaking down, and one of them is constantly reminding myself that I have duties to uphold.

I'm sorry if I bored you, I just don't have a lot of people I can truly talk to these days.

I don't know why, but I'm slowly getting motivated to start writing again. I stopped pretty much around the time I left. Getting back to Shift is another story, though. But maybe someday, I just have to pull myself together first

Ah, Spirit Hymn. That's been very helpful for my avatar (bow user) when I need to heal or cast some spells. The Lost Forest was a bit easier for me thanks to that.

The boss I encountered at Thaumus Rock was probably the toughest so far. Do you remember where you really struggled in the game?

You're right, it gets TOUGH in the second game. The party is currently looking for Caesar, and I'm about to head to Thaumus Rock. The whole experience - the search for him - has been quite frustrating as I've been near death a few times.

It has been easier ever since I rested Eldore's stats and made him a mage. Now I can spam spells like there's no tomorrow thanks to Mana Parasite Though I'll probably need to train my own avatar more.

It'll definitely test my reflexes as I usually take too long to respond to a character that needs to be healed. Sounds like it's time to practice and get better at that.

Judging by his location, it looks like the fight is optional. But curiosity got the better of me so I got hit pretty hard.

BAH! Just got killed by a Wraith. Nothing seems to hit it except Holy and Fire magic ._.

It was a good chance to practice but now I have to traverse the passage beneath Balandor again.....

I'm taking on most enemies with my character as he naturally doesn't come without a Knight. I fared pretty well against basic enemies yesterday but the giant beasts nearly killed me.

Today I'll try to take on everything without a Knight, unless the story demands it. Just did some research on how to get my own, too and it turns out it could have been done as early as the first game.

But eventually it'll get to the point where I'll be able to take on giants without a Knight, so it'll be fine

Speaking of which, I'm very curious about the fifth Knight. Can't wait to see what it'll do in the story.

I think they were full map because I tried running away and he always got me. So I had to use Defend when I saw it coming.

I'm guessing I'm in WKC2 now. I'm currently taking the party to Faria. I got a Game Over already since the Treants were too quick in killing Miu.

I really hated his AoE moves ._. Took me a few tries before I finally beat him.

Black Usurper was probably the toughest boss I had to fight, but I wasn't stalled as long as I was with the armored dragon. I guess it was because then - and only then - I realized I could switch characters with the Select button. Switching between Leonard and Caesar was probably what helped me win in the end.

I do enjoy using combos with the bow and occasionally adding magic as a finisher. I'm investing points on both types of Magic and the bow for my character. I saved next to a training dummy just in case I needed to use it.
