Well, you wouldn't be the first one to say that, this area has always been a little bit strange, and that says something coming from a guy who lived here his entire life. Though, this country I live in is relatively young, there's a lot of things we need to get hold on, so I'm sure we'll make progress on that part as well.

The result of our accent is expressing letters that don't really exist in English language, letters like ž, š, ć and few more, that's what I believe anyways. As for his teaching style, it due our school system who's lot different from other regions, tougher I must say. Our problem is that we learn a lot of unnecessary things, too detailed in my opinion.

That's astounding! I always thought that New Zealand and Australia were hot throughout the year.

Scotland being at 22C is also abnormal, but this year has been one freak season after another, 18cm of snow in the winter and 22C in the summer.

Maybe it's global warming?

Also I think you must be the first person to EVER say that Scotland was lucky on the weather front .

I know it's winter there just now but it would be interesting to see whether it's still hotter in New Zealand during the winter than it is in Scotland during the summer.

So what was (yesterdays/todays) temperature? It's currently a sunbathe-suitable 22C here!

God damn. I just read your latest post in my "Should drug testing be legal in the workplace?" thread, and it's identical to my thoughts, yet for some reason you have an ability to lay it all out in good form. I want to hug you for every post you've made in that thread, but I can't even send you good rep because I've already given you too much according to TFF.

In your last post you explained exactly everything I wanted to address. I couldn't even add to your post because its exactly what I want to say, and I have minimal information to add.

I'm ****ing lazy as shit. Once I see people not getting my point, I tend to hang back instead of lay it all down. You're my idol on that. You aren't lazy about it at all. IDK why I'm like that.

I guessed it was something like that. I don't really hear the New Zealand accent like that, although I can't comment on the fish and chips thing as I can't recall ever hearing a kiwi saying fish and chips! I was just puzzled as I couldn't understand what was being said or if there was any joke for me to try to understand!
