Oh, come on, Pinochet? Be glad I wasn't around to comment on Pol Pot! Jesus H. Grammar point too: 'What' could be 'where'. I'm, like, totally into prepositions. But I am not into Pinochet.

But, aside from your tributes to men who seem to be getting steadily worse over time (saving Stalin and Mugabe for later, eh?) the quote impresses me. Even although Prussia came back armed with Bismarck a while later, harhar.

Overall it shows intelligence, so 7/10. Would've been more, but I really despise Pinochet.

Must I say this again? I'm not being choosy about dictators. They all get a chance, it doesn't matter how unimportant they were. Literally, I found a site that shows dictators in uniforms so I just choose one I feel like off of there for the few days or so. If I had a cool dictator on everytime, I'd be finished fairly quickly. And 'what' is correct, madamme. "What did he rule? He ruled Chile". It refers to the state of Chile, which is a thing as well as a place and therefore 'what' is applicable. Now I want no more anger about how lame the dictator of the day-week may be! >=(


And Polpot was awesome! Who else figured that the root of all evil was "The City"? That's almost from a science fiction movie and that's good enough for me.
