Sig #1: Has a degree of skill in it, isn't too bad at all. 7/10
Sig #2: Just a regular picture XD...5/10
Sig #3: THAT is a sig. The text goes well with the whole picture, as well as the backround. 9/10.

First banner looks quite good though purple is not exactly an ideal colour.
Second looks pretty bad ass
3rd is fairly decent.

Overall decent images but takes up a little bit too much room, 8/10

Benito Moussilini was a pussy! He wasn't even an impressive dictator. He was ineffective at wagin war during WWII, constantly had to be saved by Hitler after repeated fuck-ups (such as not being able to control his people like a real dictator should), and didn't even remotely realise his dream of reviving the Roman Empire. The Khmer Rouge dictatorship had more going for them than this guy. For god's sake, they hung him up in the streets of Rome like a dangling chicken damnit! El Duche recieves a 4/10 for being weak...put General Tojo in your sig and I shall greatly revise my score!

Hey, hey now, I never claimed that it was a tribute to the good dictators.

It was simply Mr. Mussolini's turn. It's funny though, Tojo was the exact person that I was planning to put up next. So, I'll do that now. And Khmer Rouge was fun.

I'm getting a little tired of Guts, I'm sorry to say. He's fun and all, being so messed up, but you need variety, sir. 5/10

Now that's a little better! This dictator is considerably more to my liking. First of all, he was an effective general, geniusly mobilizing the Japanese troops on the Asian mainland during WWII and ruling Japan as a de facto ruler, despite the emperor being "all powerful" on paper. He is one of the more commendable military leaders of Japan during WWII, falling only second to the legendary Admiral Yamamoto himself.

A great big banzai for Gen. Tojo Hideki!!! 10/10
