Not sure of the backstory behind the siggy, but I like it. Plus Hope is pretty cool. He's friends with Chris Rock after all.
Back-story of his signature? =D It was his birthday and so I made that picture for him. ^~

its cool but a little plain. so 9.9/10 always room for improvement.
I like it. :) Nice and dark brooding colors in the background, which makes the font and the light effect stand out better. I would add a bit more personalization to it, but that's probably because I'm used to seeing signatures with all kinds of random information thrown in there. You're also keeping with a FF XIII theme, which is nice to see.

oh thank you doodie. yours is not bad either. very personalized. :) and the footprints are quite neat appearing one by one. and hows theres an animal right beside it. and the theme is quite original how it wraps up all together along with your avatar. very original and yet creative. 10/10.

i like how yours show contrast of texture...so you have a harsh and sharp object on top of your soft and purple and icy background. nice. 9/10.
For the love of God, center your banner. The banner itself is kind of mediocre, and is blurry. It's nothing terrible, but not great either.

Ahh! I'm not liking the flashing while I scroll. The banner is okay, but the majority of your other ones were better.
Also, you should spell colour like color. :P
Speaking of colors, I don't really like how your family is in different colors. It completely destroys your family unity, or something...

I like it and all but I feel that there should be a little bit of self-customisation in there. You know like have your name in there or something to show it off! Also, you should really start a TFF family because we all love you! ;) (Nah, I kid but you should. =3)

Ooh, I love this new banner! =D It's different from what you usually make, but it's very nice. The darker coloring on Vivi fits really well with the color in the background, and the crossed lines also add a nice touch to it--taking up space but making it look sharp. I usually never liked embossing my text, but that's because I can't make it look good; the way you have it fits with the banner. The only real critique I can offer is that maybe the scanlines are a tad bright when it crosses Vivi and brightens up his dark color, but the rest of the lines are awesome.

All the light blue text doesn't look too good on TFF Light, but I really like the banner. 9/10
It's really nice.
The texts looks great and I like how soft and simple the blue part of the banner is (What would you call that part? A plaque like Copper said?). You haven't went over the top with design and sparkles and brushes and I like that.
Though, there is a little white on the character, it's not unbearable so I won't deduct points for that. I also like the quote. It's quite nice. =)

It looks great on TFF Dark. Only problem is the upper text it slightly hard to read. But when I tried TFF Light, I could read it just fine.

Wow, that's a good sig. The blending on the transparent layer is great, there's not an unwanted pixel in sight, everything's in place and well blended. Fate did a great job :)
The only other thing I could say is, it looks slightly odd where the border suddenly cuts of at the bottom left where the flash of light is. It might look better if it continued or if it faded off gently, instead of just cutting off.

For a sig that's quite small, there's certainly a lot of detail, but not too much. The only bad thing is the writing, it doesn't stand out very and it might've looked better if it did. Perhaps a border or different colour might've looked good?

It's pretty poorly formatted. I'd center everything, and divide the text up between two lines, at the sentence break. Maybe add some color or something, as it's pretty boring to look at now. But that's just me.
