Well, as pertains to the offsite forum Leonarc? I'd suggest contacting Anomaly directly. Thats all I'll say about it however, since it really isn't my buisness, just pointing out that you'll get answers quickest by asking the person whos most likely to know.
As for activity levels, eh, I'll spare the old-timer rant for now. Its long and complicated but the short answer is no, we run on conflict, as demonstrated, in disturbingly timely fashion, by the sudden boost of activity brought on by the challenge one page back. As such we are less active during periods of 'peace', with influance and importance going to clan members training and sparring and generally RPing as they see fit to keep themselves in shape. Of course, theres more to it, but I don't feel like going into anything too ranty right now.
The Pheonix Knights certainly have there work cut out for them though, so few members and so many clans irate and ready to challenge. O dear. Yet, they are helping generate activity all around, so one cannot fault them. It seems some fair amount of time has passed since the clubs had much to focus on beyond the day-to-day affairs of them and there own. Just a shame any challenges made here and now may take a while to be forfilled, I guess they beleive its a matter of quality over quanitity and I cannot fault them on that stance either, even if it does stop me from taking a shot of my own. Prehaps when things have cooled down a little eh...?
