Hasn't he finished the judging on who won already?

You wrote this earlier Toph, "And he notes that everything is completed and just needs to be pasted into a post."

It's a bit pointless to have someone else do it after Loco apparently already has everything completed. Can't he just tell us who won and get it over with, then post up the rest later.

I think we're all starting to lose a little patience with this by now...
