Most random thing that's happened to me was a random lady walked up to me the night I met my girlfriend and asked me if I had two bucks, when I asked her what it was for her responce was that "she needed it for soap to cure her ring worms". When I offered to just buy her soap she said no thanks and ran off.

Yup that really happened.
