Yeah, sorry about the lack of news Aerif, as school gets in the way and the RPG progress only got a slightly major jump recently(which actually isn't that major but major enough ). I've noticed that when I was working on stuff at like 12:00AM you were online. Damn it, damn it, damn it. Bloody time differences.

Aye, I'll start up a wiki sometime, but I've got nothing major to report yet. Wait until then and maybe that wiki will come by. ^^;

And yeah, I asked for somebody to bump it back when it was around the secondth page already once I think, but no one did. Thanks to Oskar I guess. But yeah, I'm getting back onto developing it.

Also, about stickying the topic...I'm not asking for that. It'll get stickied when whoever wants to sticky it stickies it.

EDIT(I finally noticed Oskar's recent post, oops. XD): Nothing has been said about the Specific Member battles yet because the area in which you battle specific members is blocked off in the soon to come official demo. Whoever in this topic that has asked to be a boss will most likely be in that specific area.

Oh and Oskar. One more thing to say to you. You already gave me your boss sprite...

Well, aside from that unnaturally spammish request, I fear I know which sprite you speak of. The only natural answer would be either the overworld sprite, or Nate's FF6-based sprite. If it were the first one, then there's little to no problem (though it wouldn't be as crisp-looking as the PCs), but if it were the second option...it's meant to be a joke battle, isn't it?

Also...why would I be a monster-in-a-box? Why would I be instead the Moderator-in-a-box, if I have no interest in staying in a box for indefinite amounts of time while the PCs grind levels to match Mod status!! So it's pretty much a storyline battle.

...Right?

As for Specific Member Battles, I was referring as to whether you'll give the story bosses (aka, anything beyond Mod) the same sprites as the PCs (which are the aforementioned "complex battle animations", what with the shiny aura emerging from them as they cast spells and so on). CP seems not to work with some of the options, as most of the options presented at the Character Sprite section do not correspond well to the Battle Sprite section.

Finally...think this'll reach frontpage once finished? I mean, TFF.com frontpage (hey, it's the site's very own RPG, for goodness' sake)?

Is there a plot to this entire RPG? Is there a main direction this whole thing is going to. OR is this just some fun RPG with people from the forums. My ideas will change depending on what it is.

I don't know if anyone mentioned it yet, but after you get the plot down, someone will have to make a world map and different in-game towns too.

I don't have any ideas at the moment for a plot but I do have a character idea for me, if you want me to be a playable or unlockable character and throw me in somewhere on the story:

Name: Wolf
Class: Mercenary
Age: 18
Stats
HP: Medium MP: Mid-Low
Str: Medium-High Dex: Medium
Vit: Medium Spirit: Low
Magic: Mid-Low Luck: Low, and hard to raise like always
Weapons: Any one-handed swords or daggers. Swords have more power but are slower, and daggers are faster and have better combo rates.
Class Info: Can use items, basic black magic (only Fire,Blizzard,Thunder, no ra's or ga's) and can steal items from enemies. Can use light armor.

Well, as for how the story goes, unless Jules has told you...

It's basically a "all TFFers get sucked into the Internet" thing, but with some devious twists. The one Jules works around now is that the TFF mods (except Ann/Violet) have somehow turned the new TFF world into a world under their iron rule, and have gotten a bit tyrannic. The hero (Silver/Nathan) tries to figure out what's happening out, and stumbles upon the change of heart of the mods. You can pretty much guess out that he, with a brave group of TFFers, will fight to...erm...either get out of the fake world or save the fake world, whatever Jules wants.

That, with some workout, could work for the summary of the story.

Yeah I would have to agree on this one, if you have to many char sets then it would honestly take away frm the game. Which is why I havent posted some of myself yet. But thanks for the hints! from what I have seen and heard this sounds like alot of fun, out side of making it haha.

Like I said with my character I would emphasize that I only want him to do stupid 3 word lines in his dialog, to keep with the trend of how I actually post on here. Hell I don't care if I only show up just once in the entire game as long as I show up haha.

If i had a charecter on the TFF rp I would like my charecter to just be seen runing by or in the backround, i would not want to be a main charecter. That would be awsome though.
