Was a complete let down of a trasnformation... wasnt even a transformation as much as it was all the sayians giving their conjoined powers to goku, it could have worked the other way around for any of them. There was no change, just looked like a normal goku... funny thing is, goku still got his ass kicked as SSGOD. Let down.

The problem is that the enemies keep getting stronger, and therefore, no matter what anybody does, or how strong anybody is, the enemies will always be stronger. Nobody thinks to use a gun, though. A .44 Magnum aimed directly at Cell's head, for example, would have killed him in one shot. You can't live without a brain.
Cell can live as long a single cell remains. From memory, vegetas final flash wasted him away to a few remaining cells and he regenerated. Veteta was always second best, but he never gave up. I think it's about time for the prince of all saiyans to become king.
Actually Cell blew himself up, then came back from a single cell. Gohan killed him for good, but Vegeta helped by distracting Cell with a final flash. Nice swf, btwAlso, I don't know if I plan to watch that new movie ever. I'd already heard from coworkers that it was garbage.

If he comes back from remaining cells, then you shoot him in the head and burn the body. Characters in animes never use logic.
If you shoot him in the head, it will kill the brain temporarily, which will halt the body. While he's brain dead, douse the body with every flammable object known to man, and light that son bitch, and get it hotter than the fires of hell. When he regenerates, and attempts to move from the fire, shoot him in the head again. Do this until there's nothing left.
There you go. Mr. Eastwood just killed Cell.
There's also the matter of bullets not having the power to damage him in any way, and one bullet not being capable of destroying an entire brain... And I'd have to imagine a guy who can take a blast from people capable of obliterating planets isn't going to be significantly harmed by fire.

Even though Cell is artificial, it doesn't mean what he's made up from isn't organic. I'm still sticking with shooting him in the head and burning the remains. It's less over the top, and honestly, if things were done my way, Goku never would have had to die.

They tried guns on Raditz in the first episode of DBZ. He caught the shell and tossed it back, and Raditz was the weakest of the enemies in Z. Cell was barraged by a large army of "modern" weaponry, which did nothing to him. They've already proved conventional weaponry doesn't work on such characters.

True, conventional weaponry was attempted to defeat then, but I didn't see anybody using a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, which can blow your head clean off. If Raditz tried to catch the shell of a bullet fired from a .44 Magnum, he'd lose his hand along with his head.
And if you're having trouble hitting the guy, then you snipe him off from a distance using a suppressed rifle. One bullet to the head, and he's dead. End of story, and no reason for Piccolo to impale Goku with his laser penis-hand attack.
If I were facing Raditz, Goku would have survived that one, too. I just saved Goku's life twice. You're welcome.
I love that the entire 300+ episode run of DBZ can be snipped down to about 5 hours of actual story, and the rest is just grunting, yelling and waiting for someone's move to charge up.
