Yea so been mainly toning meself up with dumbbells, press-ups and pull-ups for the past 3 or 4 weeks, around 4-5 days a week, each day lasting around 30-40 mins. Trying to keep an eye on the diet too, cutting down on the sugar and unnecessary carbs, and trying to get the vitamins, protein and fats in there. and keeping well hydrated. If you start a diet/exercise routine, only a basic one like myself you'l notice a difference in about a week, you'l feel and look better, making you'l overall happier and confident.
