I did a 40 minute live streaming yoga class this morning. If anyone's interested, mine is here: Karuna Yoga
The class is less focused on getting a workout and more on opening up the body. I like that in the morning, and I can tell a difference when I do it. The classes are 6:30AM pacific time.

I enjoy getting stronger... And I'm more focused on my measurements than my weight. At one point, I had a 25" waist... I want to get back to that. I'm at 26.5 now. But I'm not opposed to being a bit lighter too in order to run more efficiently. Mostly I want to be healthy.
