What happened to "they're afraid they might be like them"?

I never even said anything remotely close to that concerning racism. I did, however, say something similar to that concerning homophobia.

I don't "try" to get on people's nerves. It's just that some people are stupid or overly sensitive, and hey, it happens.

Isn't it? I never understood that, either. "There's absolutely nothing wrong with being gay, it's perfectly normal and natural to be gay, being gay is just fine ... and if you don't agree, you're a fag!"

There's no point to fear homosexuals if you're not a homosexual yourself, so yes, if somebody is a homophobic, there's a good chance that that person is unconsciously seeking homosexual desires.

Actually, you posted it in the General forum. If you had posted it in a private message, it wouldn't be anybody else's business. But you didn't. So it's the business of anybody who reads it.

So you're saying that you want me to insult you in private? I would love to do that. Really, I would, but I'm not going to, because you suggested it, and anything you suggest has to be wrong.

You made the comment that "people fear what they don't want to be", and stated that the only people who are "homophobic" are people who are actually homosexual but don't want to be. If you're going to post something that stupid, expect others to tell you how stupid it is.

Before you continue arguing at me about this, please take abnormal psychology and actually learn about these phobias. I would highly appreciate that.

No, it's just ignorant and arrogant to assume that you can say whatever you want without having to -- or being able to -- defend it.

Well, I can. The constitutions of my countries grant me the right to free speech, but they don't say anything about having to defend my words.

I do have information, heartthrob. I took two college psychology classes, one dealing with cognitive abnormalities, such as phobias. It's very uneducated, however, to disagree with an opinion without actually saying anything at all concerning an opposing argument. Basically, all you've done was call my opinion stupid, without stating why you think it's stupid, which, quite frankly, is extraordinarily stupid. Nice.
