I am in a phase where I love poached eggs, every weekend I have poached eggs and bacon.
But sweets- cakes, slices, biscuits would be my favourite recipes that use eggs.

I love eggs. I eat eggs every morning, either scrambled or as an omelette, usually with bacon bits, habeneros, maybe salsa, cheese, whatever else I see in the fridge that sounds good in eggs at the time. I like to make a bacon egg and cheese sandwich every so often, sometimes I'll put a fried egg on a burger if I'm feeling like something different. As for things I like eggs are used in, pastries of all sorts of course. Outside of that, custard, I love custard, Creme Brulee being my favorite dessert.

Egg drop soup is pretty good, and alot of good Chinese restaraunts have some egg in their fried rice, also a nice touch. I'm sure there's a bunch of other crap I'm not even thinking of, but maybe more will come to me later.

I'm not picky when it comes to eggs. I'll eat 'em just about any way they're prepared, other than that 1000-year-old egg thing that S linked in some other thread. That thing was what nightmares are made from.

Only thing I dislike about eggs is the wind they give some people.

I make a killer cheese and mushroom omelette. I went through a phase of eating them almost every day as mum has this habit of buying eggs and not using them in anything (she hates eggs normally, and uses them in her cakes). With a dash of salt and a lot of pepper... eggs are delicious.

I don't eat eggs too often, but when I do, I have them scrambled with BACON. As I have recently discovered that I don't like egg yolk. Tis why scrambled eggs be the best!

Oh and I like Easter eggs. Not long now until it's acceptable to buy some

I know I think it is eggceedingly, eggsential that every one knows this fact, I can't eggsaggerate enough how eggcellent it is to have an eggsample of how eggciting eggs are.
