hmmm i like just a plain ham and chesse omlet i could go for one right now
How do you like your eggs, scrambled, boiled,..., omlet perhaps?
I prefer scrambled with little pieces of bacon in it. I also like Italian omlet, though I add one really thin slice of cheese in it as well.

Eggs are good in most forms, but usually it'll be over easy with a little salt and pepper. Then I burst the yolk open and slather my toast with the gooey yellow mess and HNNNGGGGGHHHH. If I get sick of that I eat it with cottage cheese on top or something.
Anyone had these?

Also can't beat scrambled eggs with some cheddar cheese melted on top.
I like Hawaiian omelets. At least the kind that are served at my local restaurant. They put pineapple in an omelet, and it is awesome. You should try it, if you are ever here for some reason. Although if you are here for some reason and I don't like you, prepare to be obliterated. Anyhoo...

I like my eggs fertilized.
JUST KIDDING HAHA but eggs sunny side up are preferred, poached is 2nd best imo.

Blended in with the rest of the ingredients when I make zucchini bread. Or, how they put them with sausage and cheese when I only asked for a Sausage McGriddle at McDonalds.
I don't like the taste of eggs. If I can't taste it, then I'm fine. Which is why I prefer to use eggs for baking purposes only.
Eggs are top on my list, I'll pretty much eat them in any shape and any form. Fried eggs are my favourite, though, with a really runny yolk. Yummehhh.
I like scrambled eggs with salt and tomato sauce but I haven't had that since I was wee. Egg mayo is my favourite way to eat a sandwich. I'm not a big sandwich eater but if it's an egg mayo sandwich then I'm there. And fried egg sandwiches of course. Boiled eggs are lovely as well, I almost always have one in the middle of a homemade curry. Whenever I tell people that they think it's weird but I'm telling you it is the BEST. Boiled egg with chicken tikka masala, try it.
My email address is [email protected] and it has been for the last 3 years. If that isn't proof of an egg lover I don't know what is.
I like my eggs hatched, and then raised, and then killed, and then roasted.

I don't usually like eggs. I will eat them randomly though. I love how I make egg salad though. Or I mix it in with my potato salad. Just egg on it's own isn't that great to me. Maybe it's the texture :s I don't often mind the taste, but there are days when I just can't stand it.
The eggs I will eat are hard boiled, mixed in spices and mayo and chilled. Mmmmm
I don't mind eggs. I prefer them either sunny side up or as an omelette. I love them even more as part of a cake mixture.
Scrambled eggs remind me of vomit, so I stay away from that. I ordered something at McDonalds before a work meeting a few weeks ago that came with it, and I almost gagged all over it.
Mum's omelet:
crack eggs (never more than 2) into bowl and whisk with 1 tablespoon of milk. coat bottom of pan with butter. when it sizzles, place the pan on the top rack of oven and turn on broiler for 1 minute. remove. Sprinkle slivered green onions, chopped tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms and cheese on one half and fold the eggs over into a half circle. Serve hot.

How you like your eggs?
Anyway. Yeah, I usually like 'em scrambled, with a bunch of meats and cheese on them. Especially with hashbrowns. Of course, what SOLDIER #819 mentioned, with fried eggs and broken yolks to sop up with toast or biscuits, or fried eggs cut up and mixed with grits. But I live in Wisconsin for some damn reason, so grits are a bit hard to find.
Protein. Egg whites are about 10% protein, which is more than what's found in a lot of meats.
YES.
What the hell?
Anyone had these?

I've just been using Gordon Ramsey's recipe. Put 3 eggs into a pot on the stove and stir. No milk or anything else. Then put on the heat and stir, then off the heat. Always stirring. At the end when the eggs have become cooked take it off throw in a spoonful of creme freche, salt pepper and you're good to go.
Best scrambled eggs I've ever had.
Yes, once. It is called a pídàn, or century egg. The Chinese eat them along with 1000-year noodles, to ensure a long, healthy, and lucky life. They smell horrible (ancient methods of making them used horse urine to preserve them) and taste just as bad. I guess you'd would be very lucky if you didn't vomit before, during, or after eating one. I manage to swallow it, but threw it back up later.
And now you can all go back to your Christmas meal. Enjoy!!
I sort of want to try one. Did you have it straight or salted or what? I read that it smells like ash and ammonia... I guess the latter would have had everything to do with horse urine.
Looks like a mini brain... Does it taste like (fully developed) chicken?

And I'll post in our RPB next week when I get back to work. ^_^
I can only do them scrambled... They always wind up pale (too much milk, or maybe 'cause I use skimmed) but absolutely perfect.
My dad is the best with eggs, he can do them scrambled, boiled, omelet, fried, even poached, if pushed. Had a proper fried egg this morning.
