I know, I know. I haven't been online much lately. Tuesday night's entry was cancelled due to another storm. And last night's entry was cancelled because the room with the wi-fi router was being painted. And then I had to get some sleep before I left for work. But now I am back and ready to update you a bit before I am too tired to type. I am forcing myself to stay awake right now, because some people are supposed to be here at 11am (also known as 32 minutes ago) to take Carma's television ...

I am so tired right now. We had a storm last night, and that kept me up. And then I couldn't stay asleep because I would wake up and check on Stri-P-Grr every hour. It is a good thing I can type with my eyes closed, because that is what I am doing right now. I will open them after I finish a sentence, to make sure that everything is spelled correctly; but other than that, my eyes are closed.

It was so hot in the house yesterday, that I couldn't get in the mood to play anything. ...

This morning when I went to go feed Luca and the kittens, I saw Luca on the front porch. She had slipped her collar at some time since I let Jackson out to use the bathroom. When I dragged her back to the doghouse and her collar, I saw what I never wanted to see. lowercase was lying lifeless near the doghouse. I put him, or what was left of him, in the wheelbarrow. I then disposed of him. I loved that little bug. He was growing up to look just like his father. And he was just as loveable. ...

Yesterday's main game that I played was Pokémon X. I have earned one badge now, and have reached the point in the game where you get to choose which of the three original starter Pokémon that you want. Of course I chose Squirtle. As a Water-type trainer, it only made sense. Here's what I have caught so far, and an asterisk beside their name means they are in my current party. Any other notes will be in parenthesis.

I brought my 3DS with me on my trip to Sinking Spring. The point was to earn Play Coins by using the pedometer. I also took it with me to Peebles to mow. The twenty mile ride gave me the maximum amount of daily coins, and 4,310 steps on the counter. The Coins ended up being a waste of steps, because I was given three puzzle pieces that I already had. I will just have to keep walking, or pedaling, in order to get the pieces I still need in that Metroid: Other M puzzle.
