When I first started having periods, I was really embarrised about buying towels or tampons. My mum bought them, and we had our own code word for them and everything haha. Now I can buy them without being embarrised about it. It's something I need every month, and there's no other way to go about getting them shirt notice and fast. Mum still picks them up more than I do though, so I only need to in an emergency

At work, management are required to search your bag when leaving the store, and the ones in my bag are usually hidden in a small makeup bag which female management used to "understand" and not bother searching. Now, there's no female management, so my new manager picked it out of my bag the other week, and feeled it up. He went red when I said "Yeah... You might not want to look in there..." That was more embarrising, I think because that was infront of five other members of staff, me being the only female. AND I'd had a bad week, so I was waiting for someone to make the link between periods and beig bitchy...
