People is a plural. "You people" does not consist solely of you. People were complaining that the PS3 was too expensive, Sony was (and last I heard, still is, even on the slim) losing money on each sale. It makes sense for them to reduce their loss (and as a result, the flexibility of their price point) by removing features that are relatively insignificant - features that its competition doesn't offer, I might add.

No, but I do feel I was adressed by what your response.
And I very much like being able to run emulators on devices that actually support homebrew as opposed to doing it via dodgy means.

But seriously what GAMING features does the PS3 offer over the 360.

And what do you mean you lost features? Did your PS3 break? How were you forced to buy a slim?
No, but I did buy one. I thought it would save space, but as it stands it doesn't really get used.
I later bought a custom case that's refrigerated and houses both the internals of my 360 and launch PS3. Pretty snazzy, no?
