Yeah, if you don't like the grind then it'll be a problem. The upside is that if you get all of the DLC, the free stuff, then you can actually offset a lot of the need to grind. I don't know how the rest of the DLC plan looks like, since I haven't paid attention to how it was for Japan, but it will probably continue to release content that will make it much easier to power through for free. That is the nice thing about Compile Hearts games, they offer a ton of free DLC that makes the game friendlier on those that don't want the hassle of grinding. I've got the first two weeks and had 500k gold among other really good equipment.

I think you can get online from the moment you have access to a save point, I think. I didn't really go online until later when I was helping out Loco. So I can't be sure, but it should be available at the start I would think. Once I finish Mugen Souls and Zero Escape, I'll probably be up for some WKC.

Didn't know you guys got the PSP title. That's a little annoying. I wonder if I can download it on my EU account and then transfer it over to my Vita to play. That might be a fun little experiment. ^^

Well WKC2 is better refined than WKC. So there is going to be a fair bit of difference from them.

Mugen Souls is a lot of fun. It has a lot of the same feel that Disgaea has, but pokes fun at RPG tropes. There is a lot to do in the game, tons customizing both on the character and through clothing that they can wear. So as long as you enjoy those sorts of things and a fair to modest grind, you'll enjoy it. You'll definitely want to do some reading up on things since it makes things easier for the grind, with pretty high orders of magnitude. Like the difference of 10 gold and 250k gold magnitudes.

You could say that. I've met someone online around the time I stopped coming here but I called it off (the day after Valentine's Day -_-) after days of not being in touch. Everything's okay between us now, we're still friends and still talk and everything. But from then til recently, I was a wreck. I came back here at some point only to find a ghost town so I left again and didn't come back until, what? Two weeks ago? Egh.

I was glad Andromeda was still around, I've been feeling better after all the conversations (random or otherwise) we've had, and I'm so happy you're back too.

I don't know how WKC1 works with WKC2. I'm guessing we can still play together, because the only way you're getting the platinum for WKC1 is by playing the original game and not the remastered on WKC2, since it doesn't come with trophies for WKC1 only WKC2. I don't remember how close you were to getting the platinum, but it is quite a bit of work for sure seeing as I put 500+ hours into the game. If I can I'll help you out, but I'm not sure if my WKC2 character can interact with your WKC1 character. The combat from 1 to 2 has changed, not to mention stats and skills as well.

I know Fluffy plays WKC2 and I've been trying to get back into it. Though I've been playing Mugen Souls right now. So it is a little hard. Still it is fun to solo large monsters in the free roam quests. I need to get stronger for the tier 3 sections, but I can do the tier 2 sections with no problem. My mage is pretty powerful with the updates they made in WKC2.

I've heard some good things about Tactics Ogre so it'l be good to actualy get it and try it out. To be honest a lot of the videogame stores around here don't have the best selection of anything so i'll be lucky if I can find many decent titles. Still they're all like $20 preowned, and there's always the net so it's not too big a deal. I feel like I'm learning a new language here I don't really know where to begin

Aside from the few ones I mentioned I have no clue to what good games the psp has or even what's been released on it.

If you wouldn't mind recommending a couple of decent ones I can do my research from there. Which will probably involve "is this one good? Is this one good?" but i'll try not get on your nerves

I see, you are thinking about it in the right way! I'd say while you are looking see if you can make it about 3 or 4 grand (I know that's a big ask but there's a good reason behind it). I spoke to my brother who works for a letting agent, and he told me pretty much what I told you but with David being older you're in better shape than we were. If you can get that kind of money it would be good simply because you won't need that much for a deposit but they're more likely to let to you because you have some financial collateral behind you. Also, he did mention they will do background and credit checks on you, stricter ones than say getting approved for a phone contract, small loan etc. but just so long as you don't have any negative credit issues in the last 6 months (12 if you went in as a joint tenancy) you should pass that fine. Anyway, Finally Got My First Platinum On My PS3 Not Too Long Ago! I Got The Platinum For FFXIII-2 Clocked In At 105 Hours And 52 Minutes Of Game Time. Also Trying To Platinum FFXIII, Seeing As I Have Beaten It And All. Only At 97 Hours Or So Into It, And I Still Need Lots Of Work Done To Platinum. Maxed Out My Characters, So All That Is Left To Do Is Finish The Cie'th Stone Missions. Got The First 55 Missions Done. Plus Get The Treasure Hunter Trophy...Damn That Might Take A While Before I Get It...Jeeze. It Will Involve A Whole Lot Of Grinding For Gil, I Can Tell You That Much.
