Part of my problem with the movie is that it seems to be the one art film all the philistines enjoy. Obviously, that isn't the movie's fault, but it still irks me.

I don't have any great critique to level against it, it just isn't my type of movie. I admire the screenplay and the performances from Pitt, Norton, and Carter, but it isn't something I reach for to watch again for enjoyment.

Why thank you! I loved both the movies. Not really sure which I liked better, maybe the first one. I enjoyed seeing Batman's dark side and what he can be to the people of Gotham - anything they need him to be. I hope there's a third and they don't **** it up like most trilogies do.

I didn't really notice them. I did read an article that pointed out so few scenes there are in the movie. I think it was something like 16.

I am just afraid Tarantino is going to buckle under the pressure when making his next film.

Pixies are coming here too, but it was $135, so I was a little apprehensive at first, and missed my chance - sold out in less than a day. Not making that mistake with TCV. I heard they sold out their first show (9 August this year, in the UK somewhere) in 12 minutes! And they haven't even released a song! The only thing you can hear of them is people's shit cellphone recordings from various live performances (on YouTube).

It's a gamble, but with John Paul Jones (wrote No Quarter, my favourite song), Josh Homme, and (not so much, but I'm excited he's on drums, ahhh Nirvana) Dave Grohl, it can't be bad.
