I have seen Babel, the other two are coming up. Didn't like Babel, felt a bit too self important. I believe it was only a trilogy in the sense of a recurring theme.

I don't know if I will ever get to catch up on a hundred years of classics. It saddens me.

Right, I'll track both of those down. If I enjoy them, I'll get more. In return, try and find 'Tao Of The One Inch Punch' (album) by the grunge/hip hop outfit One Inch Punch. It's their only album, and they're a bit odd, but I think they're very good, and it'll diversify your sounds a bit. Probably have to download it however.

Nah, I think we have a very good NZ music programme. Honestly, I think it means that a lot of crap New Zealand music gets ahead of good international acts. Some people react by just refusing to like New Zealand music, as it's a fairly good assumption that it's bad. That's a bit of a shame, but they do take NZ music overboard. British bands are more influential than other bands, but that could just have more to do with being in the British Commonwealth. Though, I think it is America, not Britain, that launches all these suddenly-big bands.

Into the Wild almost made my top ten of 2007. I like Snatch, but it is just okay.

It just won't be the same man. I grew up listening to Oasis. It's like a little musical piece of me died.

Anyhoo, I want to buy a new album. Give me a recommendation and I'll try track it down. Something good that I probably haven't heard or don't own.
