Yeah, that's is one of the things about FFXI that made it so enjoyable. You always felt a sense of accomplishment.

Yeah, SE pretty much burns those in a trash can once they are used once. Which makes things a little difficult on people trying to rejoin. Upside is that the Vana'diel Collection is pretty cheap right?

Korruloka Tunnels I think or something like that. If you're playing on the PC it should be pretty easy to find copies of the game still. PS2 and 360 I'm not so sure. I think they still put out collections for the PS2. It's like 20 or 30 isn't it? It's a small price and worth the ease of comfort to play in a larger area of the game.

Well 25 in Qufim is too high. You'll only be getting like 90-120 on average at that point. Once you hit 25 you should be heading over to Kazham, either that or find a new level sync to pull you down to 20-21.

They maybe leveling off of worms, since 20-22 the worms in Qufim are the fastest and best exp you'll find around. So I could imagine people doing that, but they'd need to find a new person to level sync with to maintain something like every hour or two. Either that or the level sync dies a lot to lose exp.

Yeah, I don't know, but the level sync really helped out a lot of people in exping. Unfortunately, it always completely destroys skill ups because you can gain levels and exp, but you can't gain skill. Which is really screwed up my White Mage in a couple of areas. They need to allow skill ups in level sync. People already do skill up parties for higher up, this is only making matters worse.

But I remember some good times level sync'ing to 21 in Qufim Island or wherever they might be doing it. Summoner-burn though is pretty rare outside of BCNM.

I'd imagine that's an exaggeration, but I'd imagine it would be possible that summoners have a trick for fast leveling.

I remember reading that somewhere. I think they should have left him in the lead, but I guess it doesn't really matter now. I can still pick him as my lead when my party is running around the world.
