Yeah, Mana Parasite is the reason why mages can continue to function so well in the game. Though there were a couple of optional boss fights that I actually completely drained the enemy of MP. I ended up having to rely on Yulia for MP recovery afterward because she was a bow user for me and she had one that was based on consuming AC for party MP.

Yeah, healing is going to be the one thing that you'll have to remember to stay on top of. The healing is one of the challenging parts to keep track of and they are not always reliable for it.

Probably best to get used to it though. There are going to be plenty of fights where you are going to be challenged.

Yeah, he is the first real fight you'll hit in the game. He is mainly trouble because of the limited things he can be hurt by. I solo'd him as a mage since the rest of my party couldn't do anything to him.

It is good practice. You'll probably also want to make sure you work on making sure that you give everyone attention. There'll come a time you may have to use some characters you have been used to using before.

It is something that you have to get used to doing. It'll probably hurt you a lot early on because you don't know how to do it all right, but once you do get the hang of it. You'll breeze through things pretty easily. I beat all of the optional bosses in the game without a Knight, when all guides suggest that you do use a Knight.

I was taking on everything without my Knights in WKC2. I got too used to it doing multiplayer in WKC. Once you understand how to fight them without Knights it is actually easier and faster most times doing it without the Knights. They seem all powerful, but in reality they are not so. You have to do a lot of work on them to make them stronger, which you don't get until later in multiplayer.

Yeah, that's WKC2. Things change pretty quickly in the game. So you'll want to get used to it quickly and the combat, because the boss fights will get rougher.

Ah, it's been a while since I played it. So I don't remember his attacks very well. Usually if you space yourself out you're good for AoE. Unless he has full map AoEs.

Ah, I never really found the Black Usurper to be that much of a problem. It is the final boss, but it seemed like less trouble than the dragon.

Yeah, you shouldn't have another fight that hard until you get to WKC2. I'm not sure if they changed WKC with all of the skill changes they made in WKC2. Bow used to be a lot stronger, but it got weakened in WKC2. It's a lot more support in WKC2. Magic though is extremely powerful.

Yeah, the Casaer Ark fight is one of the harder ones in the game. It is where people get stopped a lot. Shadow was stalled there for a while. You get used to fighting things without a Knight when you do single player. So two greavers aren't too bad once you know what you need to do.

Divine is a basic one everyone show have. You don't need all of it, but you need enough to be able to self heal and provide modest buffs. It is best to focus on one main weapon and then have support from other things.

Any experience is good to gain. Thankfully, WKC is largely pretty easy to get through. The challenge level is fairly low. However, they ended up changing that for WKC2. You'll find that WKC2 is significantly harder if you are not prepare for the spike. And yes, all you do and gain in WKC carries over to WKC2. Equipment, items, characters, everything, minus your character level. It gets set back to 30 and your skill points are reset.

Yes, there is new content in WKC2. The level is higher as well. WKC caps at 50 and WKC2 caps at 80. However, you'll get reset to 30 when you start up WKC2. I don't remember what level I was when I finished WKC, but if you fought everything along the way you should be good enough.

That would put you very near to the end. You have two areas left to go through and the next area is pretty large. You'll be able to jump into WKC2 very soon.
