You'll find that I have different degrees of interactions or persona, however you want to term it on the forums. Closed is what most people see. I act and work professionally and keep things distant. But if you interact with me on a level that appeals to me, you'll find that I won't shut up. I can be a real chatter box and quite unexpected. So it really depends on how you know me, because as much as I say it is a little strange, it is not that strange for me.

Crunchyroll has Saint Seiya Omega and Saint Seiya the Lost Canvas, admittedly it is not the original Saint Seiya, but it is some.

Yeah, it's a little strange hearing my trying to sell you on Oh Great! He's normally someone I wouldn't give the time of day to if I just saw his art, beautiful as it is to behold. He does fall into the area of things I find bothersome and offensive, but I've discovered that there are some actually really good stories to be found if I got past it. I still end up finding the stuff annoying, but I do love a good story.

Yeah, I enjoy astronomy as well. I used to be pretty into it when I was younger. I still find it pretty fascinating, but I have to manage the number of hobbies I have.

Well he's stuff is safe, it's not hentai. His stuff is just a little mature. But that was what I was meaning about Oh Great! style. He has a tendency to get technical about what happens in his stories, especially Air Gear. So when they do something that looks crazy and impossible, someone will end up doing a commentary explaining the science to how it is possible for them to do something. There was a lot of physics talked about in Air Gear, which made it very interesting to read since you could have easily passed it off as fluff or all about fan service. There is a pretty deep story in there with a lot of heavy talk about how things work, there just also happens to be the fan service as well, but it is all so often passed off by the other characters as not to be considered with that it doesn't stop the story.

You can still watch Crunchyroll without signing up for it. But I think the way the subscription works is that you have the free trial and then after you decide if you want to pay the subscription for it or not. But the majority of the content is available to users free without any hassle. Free users just have to wait a week on new content.

Never know if you can ride it until you try. ^^;

But like I said, I'd probably read it if I set the time aside. Though, if you like author's explaining their character's moves/attacks. You may like Oh Great!'s work, Air Gear and Tenjho Tenge. The only down side to him is that he's a former hentai artist, so he likes overly endowed woman and ecchi scenes, it's something I've worked to get past because he does some good stuff and his drawing is amazingly detailed.

But I'm pretty sure Crunchyroll has a lot of Saint Seiya on their site and it is all legal. So I can see it there. I don't know how much they have though.

You survived The Inner Man, which was 200k, so what's 500k. There's not much of a difference between a sprint and a marathon, right? ;p

My problem is that I'm pretty tolerant of nearly anything that's anime/manga. As long as it is not offensive, I'll end up watching/reading it. And I know that Saint Seiya isn't offensive, so if I put the time aside, I would totally end up checking it out.

I mean I found out recently that I've seen 110 days worth of anime in my lifetime thus far, in terms of series I've watched. I've naturally watched some series multiple times, but if you tried to see everything I've seen that's how long it would take you to do so. >.>; So yeah, that should say something about my willingness to watch anything so long as it doesn't offend me.

It's ok, most people don't actually make it through Shift. In some ways, I think it is like an endurance race for people, but any good Shounen Jump is pretty much an endurance race. They're just so long.

By the nature of the internet, I keep myself a fairly private individual. I do say in my bio if you want to know about me, ask. So I guess if you're that interested I've no problem talking about it. It's old history at this point. Just PM me if you really want to know.

Yeah, it must be good if it keeps getting adaptions for it. I didn't have any problem with it when I saw the couple of episodes. I'm not following because I think it might be bad or something, but just because it is very long and I have the personality of when I get into something I need to binge rather than take it in moderation. I've gotten better, but I still have terrible habits of losing whole days to watching an entire series.

It's ok. It's always just a choice to make. I'm not going to be upset if you don't read Shift. It is pretty long and daunting by itself and out factors will only make it more difficult. Read it if you wish, but don't feel you have to do so.

It's understandable about. Depending on how serious and deep it goes, it is not an easy thing to get over, especially if it is your first time (don't know if it is). You did pretty good picking up on that, I left it easily interpreted different ways. It's a complicated and very long story without a pleasant ending. So I can certainly empathize.

Yeah, I don't follow Saint Seiya too much. Long burn series are more difficult for me to get into these days unless there is something amazing to hook me. Which is why I've stopped following One Piece, just way too long to catch up.

I was only joking. I pretty much assumed that I hadn't read Shift. But sounds like you've had some hectic and busy times, but if you're back here I'm guessing that you're doing better now. I certainly can understand how it can leave you a mess.

And yup, I know about Saint Seiya and the character Andromeda. I think I might have seen one of the view episodes with them in it, but it's been years and they're still making episodes for Saint Seiya.

It's ok, don't have to worry about being gone. Things happen. I've been keeping busy, even more so lately with all I'm doing around here.
