My mom was never the encouraging type, and I would get so nervous whenever she was in the audience, that I just ended up terrified of solos. I was fine with solos in band though, she somehow thought that the trumpet was better than vocals, idk!?!

I am okay as long as I am not alone, but put me up there by myself and I will probably pass out.

Choir was always fun, especially when you're good at it. Do you have stage fright? Mine is crippling
