Unfortunatly, I mainly make banners because I found (a) decent image(s) to work from. But, I'm getting Photoshop 7 soon, so maybe I'll have some better tools to work from...

Hey. I just asked Shadow/Mistress Sheena if we could slow down the rate we go through topics in the Council. I think we need to take a step back to the MSN chat, since people who weren't even there when it was being officially considered are filing in and just giving their ideas. The poll should probably be scrapped for the time being, since someone just gave yet another idea.

And when there's conflict, be calm. Stick to how you feel. "I feel like you guys are ganging up on me"/"I feel like you guys don't respect me." Things like that. They can't argue with how you feel. And don't let them get you angry so they can call you out on being a child. Be bland about it. Be calm. Breathe. People tend to hold their breaths when they're stressed, but you'll think quicker if you breathe. Repeat yourself if you have to, they will argue with you the first few times you say it.

That's my amateur opinion.

I suppose what you can do is try to be the more mature party, and pick your battles. Once you understand someone, you won't be angry with them. So I guess try to understand where she's coming from, wherever that is (you know her better than I do). I know my first instinct when my younger brother says something that comes across as disrespectful is to get a little annoyed, right or wrong. So examine whether or not something you're doing (vocal inflection/rolling your eyes/etc.) is giving her the perception of you not respecting her. I'm not saying for you to let her order you around, but do try to understand her side.
