1. You should take some Pain killers
2. Stand up straight if it is a Stitch kind of feeling or lie in the recovery position.
3.Ask your parents for whatever for help, If your scared of worrying them forget about it and still ask them.
4. Go to the hospital, If you are in serious pain.

"Oww! Oww! I think I have chest pain or something. I must have pulled a muscle when I coughed too hard. How do you get rid of chest pain; that is, without driving to the hospital?" Well fate what you do is
1. Take a knife
2. Jab it into your stomach
