Thanks for your advice! I feel a lot better about it now and I've come to the conclusion that I will keep it the way it is. It is slang, and I don't think that it's a very well-known term, either. I was pretty emotional when I wrote that PM to you, so I probably wasn't thinking clearly. Pretty silly of me that I worried so much about it, now that I've calmed down. I can't really say for sure why Wander was turned into a baby, but I can take a guess. I think it had something to do with Emon's spell (the one that sucked Wander into the well). That's only a guess, so I suppose I really don't know. If you recall in the beginning of the game, Dormin had two voices. One masculine and one feminine. As Wander defeated more and more colossi, the feminine voice of Dormin became weaker, and Mono's voice in the dream sequences became stronger. This leads me to believe that Dormin's female side was taking over Mono's body every time Wander slayed a Colossus. I suppose it all depends on what you interpret as "come back to life". Yes, her body had life, but I think her soul passed on. Like Dormin pretty much said, "Once the soul of a mortal is lost, there is no returning it. Is this not the law of mortals?"
I am surprise you even know their names haha i didn't know that dormin had a female side to him/her as far as i thought it was a spirit that like he said himself was cut into sixteen parts ie the collosi and sealed in that land. But yes it was a crappy ending for wander i still thinkwhats her name mono did come back to life after all wander did fulfill Dormin's request and defeat the collosi so maybe that was Dormins last effort before he left that land. But why was wander reduced to a baby??
I'm going to assume that you meant that the ending was crappy for Wander, and not crappy in general. Yeah, Wander got hosed, but Dormin even warned him in the beginning that there may be a heavy price to pay. Also, I don't think that Mono necessarily came back to life either. I think the female spirit of Dormin took over her body. So, in reality, there really never was a chance that Wander and Mono would get back together.
