How to fix your voice!?!?

Gargle with salt water and cayenne (1/2 teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water, stir in a shake or two of red pepper). Think about your emotional state. Do you fear speaking your truth, or are you too angry to speak? Coming to terms with these emotional issues often helps resolve the laryngitis along with soothing gargles.

I don't know if this works, but a lot a places I go to find a cure leads to this method, or methods like this.

Also were it says “Think about your emotional state” I think that statement is a major key to getting your voice back! Also check out “Mind over Matter” on the forum and around Google. This may not help so much because it all depends on the person, and the way they handle their situations, but hopefully it will lead to something!
