Worst Case Scenario by dEUS. Most seminal (and for most people the best) Belgian band (since around 1994), that put Belgium on the world map, in terms of musical influence. They just released a special edition of their first album (forementioned one), but you can probably find a regular, cheaper version too. The Ideal Crash is another one of my favourite albums of theirs. I'm not sure which one I like best. If you listened to both albums, you'd probably never suspect it's the same band.

Also, I've been wondering, is the music that comes from the UK also the 'authority' in music and the media over there in NZ? It has been in most of Western society since the Sixties, and still is. Sometimes it's sad that bands get so much attention because they're the next big British band. Bleh.

Okay, fine. The big one is the feminist thing. I know a few male feminists in real life (my dad being one of them, lucky me), but it's nice to find one among all the internet tough guys. I don't see my own personal feminism as a bad thing, because you don't have to hate men to love and respect women. But when I am called one (a feminist), it's with a negative connotation most of the time. If we were going to let a male member join an all female group, I had no desire to deal with that.
