It depends on what server and how much patience you have.

You can solo as any class to 10 then you will need a group to make it go faster.

If you wait, and wait, and be nice, you will eventually meet nice people. Or in my case, kill yourself on accident and some veteran gives you lots of gil, gear and a linkshell of vets lol.
