The Nightmare Before Christmas hands down x3 But I haven't seen all his films.. I'd like to though! I was slightly disappointed with Sweeney Todd, but maybe thats because I"m not that into the musical scene.
I really wanna see Sleepy Hollow... Maybe I should...
Following the path for truth...
and ending the dream.
Yes you should, the body count is quite impressive.
Well, I played Sweeney Todd in the musical 'Sweeney Todd' last week, for my school musical, so I tended to fall in love with the movie and base most my movement and voice around Jonny. Though the stage play imo is much better, Burton's adaptation was very creative and visually amazing. I also love Nightmare Before Christmas and can't wait for his 'Alice in Wonderland'
My favourites are between The Nightmare Before Christmas and Corpse Bride, both films were really great!!....I still get "This is halloween" song from the start of Nightmare Before Christmas stuck in my head all the time... I liked the animation in that one and when Jack delivers toys to everyone instead of Santa Claus and the toys are all going crazy :].... I got to admit though from Corpse Bride Emily scared me the first time I ever seen that movie XD...You don't see people popping out of their graves to get married everyday now do you O.O
Nightmare before Christmas...
My soul, corrupted by vengeance
Hath endured torment, to find the end of the journey
In my own salvation
And your eternal slumber
My junk:
Daz 3d! Awesome!
I will have to also pick nightmare before christmas
At the end of the day, it comes down to one hero to save us all.
Tim Burton is a great director and he did a lot of fantastic movies (and some that aren't so fantastic, but I won't mention those).
My favorites are:
PeeWee's Big Adventure- It's a classic from my childhood. My most memorable scene is the Large Marge story.
The Nightmare Before Christmas- I enjoyed it when it first came out, but I think it's become something of a fad nowadays.
Batman and Batman Returns- Really dark and really good. This is the way Batman movies should be. I did enjoy the Dark Knight, but the older versions of Batman (1 and 2, specifically) are my favorites
Beetlejuice- This movie even got it's own cartoon spin-off. I like the cartoon when I was younger, but now I realize it didn't really have anything to do with the movie. Anyway, the movie deals with the afterlife, which is a pretty cool premise, and overall it's an enjoyable film
Edward Scissorhands- I love this movie. It has Vincent Price in it. Oh, and a very yummy looking Johnny Depp as well. I loved how the surburban neighborhood was right next to a creepy castle. Oh, the juxtaposition of it all! lol
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street- Usually, I would have said this type of movie was a little too dark and gory for my personal taste. But I got past all that and actually thought this was an enjoyable film.
I really want to see his version of Alice in Wonderland. I think he'll do it well, since his style is pretty twisted.

The Corpse Bride... I'd say. It was a charming movie, same use of Claynimations like in Nightmare Before Chirstmas... and also a movie that really makes you think... kinda.
I'm going through a bit of a The World Ends With You phase right now.Click THERE:
nightmare before christmas, corpse bride, big fish and edward scissor hands all great movies. I saw coraline, it was good, but i didnt like it as much as others.
Just a little correction... Sorry, but it bothers me a bit when Tim Burton gets credit for another's work... Actually, it bothers me when anyone gets credit for someone else's work.
Tim Burton had nothing to do with Coraline. It was directed by Henry Selick. I understand why people would think it was a Tim Burton film, because it looks like it has a lot of Burton's twisted style, and perhaps the similarities between The Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline (in terms of how the movies look) throw people off.
If you don't know who Henry Selick is, or what movies he worked on, here's a nice link that you can check out.

9. Nuff said.
1) "Edward Scissorhands" I love this move, I always watch it when ever it''s on HBO, Always, and I never get tired if it.
2) "Nightmare Before Christmas" It's always been one of my favorites since I was small, I went to see it on 3D not too long ago.
3) "Sweeney Todd" is a really good move, basically anything with Johnny Depp I'm for, and he can sing, that's a win.
Picking one Tim Burton film is a difficult task, but my favorite would have to be Nightmare before christmas. I mean come on I got a f*cking tattoo of Jack on my bicep. It rules, got tons of shirtswith Jack on em...
Close second would definitely be Edward Scissorhands, great movie. Johnny Depp is a great actor who just happens to be from the beautiful state of Kentucky. Gotta love a fellow Kentuckian...
I am going to go ahead and say that the new Alice in Wonderland movie featuring Johnny Depp will also be amazing. Simply because it is Depp in another Tim Burton film, what more could you ask for...
Definitely Nightmare Before Christmas
I dont profess to be a big fan of his but I really enjoyed Sleepy Hollow. Only Burton movie I have seen more than once.

Mine would be the Corpse Bride. At first, I didn't even want to see it because the title sounded creepy. But it didn't disappoint.
#1 favorite is Sweeny Todd
#2 The Nightmare Before Christmas.
#3 Corpse Bride.
The First movie I watched as a kid from Tim Burton was The Nightmare Before Christmas and after that I was hooked and probable watched it another 100 times
Edward Scissorhands was another I watched as a child and I liked it but I didn't get into it like I did TNBC.
BeetleJuice was another one I watched over and over, but I cannot seem to recall any specific part I really liked.
Movies I enjoyed and Had no idea they were directed by Tim Burton!
I had no idea Tim Burton Directed Big Fish, but besides that I really enjoyed this movie. I should have known though, the movie was out of this world!
PeeWee's Big Adventure was one of the funniest movies I had watched as a child (Besides Bevies & Butthead)

Batman & Batman Returns I liked the old school batman movies a lot, and Batman Forever (Even though it was not directed by TB) was another good one (Because of Jim Carrey), but I thought the newer Batman movies went into more depth of the story and it showed what you really have to go through as a hero, and how other might look at you after a long Secrecy of you identity.

I like Sweeney Todd, for it was a remake of the Barber of Cebil which was an amazing play, and Beetlegeuse, as it was my first Tim Burton film (saw it at like age 3 lol)
CPC8- 'fo bros, 'fo life, 'fo shizzle
SPOILER!!:
THIS IS SO HARD. When I was a kid, a lot of Tim Burton movies were my favourites, and I didn't even know they were by the same guy, and I didn't learn about it until in my early teens.
I have to say that of course The Nightmare Before Christmas lies close to the heart. But I'm also a great fan of Big Fish, it's up there somewhere on the list of my favourite movies ever, together with Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Fight Club and Forrest Gump.
I never tire of Beetlejuice, and I had a period when I was a kid where I watched Sleepy Hollow three times a week. Edward Scissorhands is a big love too. AND HIS BATMAN MOVIES. (Michael Keaton is the best Batman ever, take that Bale!)
Ok enough about that, can't pick a favourite, so I'll just pick my LEAST favourite, which is his version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed this movie a lot, but since the book by Roald Dahl is my favourite book ever since childhood, I just didn't really like what he and Johnny Depp did to Willy Wonka.
(James and the Giant Peach gets way too little spotlight by the way, and was very true to the book.)
