Changing baground

Okay, so I'm not sure where to put this. But I was wondering if there was an add-on for vista/windows to change the background every selected period of time i.e 20 seconds, 40 seconds etc. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

There is a program called "Random BackGround", I stumbled on it earlier today, it will get the job done for you. Plus, it works on both Windows XP and Vista:

Random BackGround:

Requirements: Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista
Limitations: No limitations

Hmm interesting find. I wonder if it will switch the background picks when a computer is locked down or if it only does it when the computer is unlocked? IF you know please let me know.
